You held onto his gloved hand and cooed at him. He towered over you but it wasnt an issue. Until he'd start playful teasing, then you'd get on heels and try to be taller. Youd even considered stilts at one point. But the two of you were taking a stroll around the town before the rain was due.
He gave your hand a soft squeeze when he noticed you were glancing at the sky. "Itll be ok, y/n." He reassured in a soft tone. "I just dont like storms is all... so loud and dark... its like a joy withdrawal but worse..." You tensed up but he pulled you into a warm embrace. "I wont let anything hurt you, y/n. You'll always be protected." He picked you up and you wrapped your arms around his strong shoulders. He kissed you on the cheek as he held you close to him. You closed your eyes and buried your face into his neck. "I love you so much." You cooed to him happily. "And I love you even more, y/n." He cooed back at you.
