Chapter 12

"Cmon, Y/N. Stop sulking over Kyle." Clyde said, begging me to go to his pool party later today, "He won't even be there."

"I just really miss him." I said. It's been a month since I've been in bed, seriously just waiting for Kyle to just open my bedroom door and tell me everything was just a dream and he loves me. Not Bebe- me.

  "You're going, I don't care. Be at my house by 3." Clyde exclaimed before ending the call. I yawned as I was stretching. I was seriously taking the best nap until Clyde's annoying ass called me! I checked my phone and saw it was already one pm. Shit. I need to clean the house before my parents get home from Europe tonight.

"God, Y/N, put some clothes on!" I elbowed Cartman's head for being an idiot.

"Dumbass, let me wear this swimsuit to swim!"

"Yeah, let her. Especially since I like the view." Clyde barges into the conversation. I, of course, also elbowed his head for being a perv.

It was 4 pm. Many people were at Clyde's pool party, yet I still felt lonely. Clyde was making burgers for his friends, Cartman was playing volleyball in the pool, and Nicole was out of town. I sat down next to the pool and let my feet soak in the cold- yet satisfying temperature- water. I pulled my phone and texted Nicole.

4:07 pm

Everyone is here except Kyle and his
girlfriend. Thank goodness. 🧚🏼‍♀️

" I sure hope your stupid ass doesn't drop the phone in the water." The crybaby sat next to me- putting his feet in the water as well, "Why don't you play with them?"

"Eh. I just like watching." I gave him a sincere smile. He smiled back, but it immediately faded as he saw something behind me. I turned around and see the blonde, curly haired girl. Her swimsuit fit her perfectly- and I'm not going to lie- red looks so good on her. Besides her is the jewish ginger. As we locked eyes, it felt like love at first sight (again). My heart started beating faster than a lion, my palms were sweating as if I was exercising, and my face turned redder than Cartman's sweater.

However, I flipped him off, causing him to look at the floor. "What happened to them not coming h- Wipe your drool off, dumbass!"

Clyde looked at me with his face full of blush. What a perv. I looked at the water, trying so hard to act unbothered. Through my peripheral vision, I noticed Bebe and Kyle sitting down next to eachother watching everyone play volleyball. I wish they can leave, but I know Clyde would be describes sensitive to everyone if he kicked out his ex. Sucks that guys have to bottle in things.

I got up and went behind Clyde, pushing him into the water. I laughed as he screamed out my name out of anger. He pulled my leg into the pool, leading me to fall in. "I'm going to kill you!" I laughed, splashing water onto his face.

Unknown's POV

Look at Y/N and Clyde getting along. I sure hope Kyle isn't going to cry. That would be such a shame.. Oh, who am I kidding! That'd be hilarious.

Your POV

It was suddenly 6 pm, and the sun was setting. My whole body felt pruny due to staying in the pool for hours. After talking to many new people, I was happy and didn't even notice he left a while ago! He even looked sad everytime we locked eyes, wink wink. Oh man, I miss him so much though. Fuck him, though!

Hmm, in what way Y/N?

Not the time to think that way! I swam towards Clyde and his other friends to tell them that I will be leaving. They offered to give me a ride, but I didn't mind as it was a few blocks away. Plus, after the Kyle situation, I kind of lost trust towards guys. I never want to get attached to someone ever again! I told everyone goodbye and dried myself up. I put my clothes over my swimsuit and left.

  "Um, do you need a ride?"
