Baylee walked through the door warily. She was worn to the bone at the moment. She went to crash on the couch but there Millie was wide awake looking furious.

"You need a new schedule." Millie said.

"We both know I can't afford that." Baylee said. She looked dead.

"No even for your own family?" Millie scowled. Baylee sighed. "Your health has to come first babe I can't do it for you." Millie said. Baylee walked over to the couch and plopped her head on the arm rest Millie crawled on top of her and laid on her side. "I just want us to be ok..." Millie said with some tears forming.

"We're good babe. I'll work it out okay?" Baylee yawned.

They fell asleep and the next morning Baylee woke up to Millie groaning.

"Contractions?" Baylee asked.

"Yeah..." Millie sighed and rolled onto her back. Baylee wrapped her arms around Millie.

"I think I'm gonna call in sick, you need attention." Baylee said and Millie smiled.

"I always need attention from you." Millie grinned. Baylee looked down at Millie who was laying in her lap. "I really want to go out today." Millie said.

"No, you're on home rest you're not going anywhere." Baylee said. Millie pouted.

"Not even to the store? Just for a little laying in bed is starting to hurt my back and-" Millie began but Baylee cut her off.

"Only for a little. But when I say time to go we come home okay?" Baylee said. Millie smiled. With help, Millie got up and went to the bed room. She put on a casual little dress and came out giddy. Baylee was dressed and sitting on the couch reading something off her phone.

"You ready?" Millie asked.

"Yeah hold on." Baylee said staring at her phone. Millie sighed.

"Can't you put work away for one day?" Millie sighed. Baylee turned her phone off and got up. She caught a look at Millie and smiled.

"When did you get that outfit? It's cute." Baylee said.

"I've had it, it fits really well and doesn't feel tight." Millie said. Baylee came over and held a hand on Millie's belly.

"God that's cute." Baylee mumbled then kissed Millie gently pushing her into the wall.

"Nice try," Millie said and broke the kiss, "We're going out." Millie grinned. Baylee roller her eyes.

"How about we stay here?" Baylee mumbled and put her face in Millie's neck. She had one hand under Millie's butt temptingly lowering it slowly.

"N-no! You're bad! I want to but I haven't seen Sadie in days and you said we could go." Millie laughed then got serious. "We can later thought." Millie grinned.

"I don't know if you're that lucky." Baylee teased. Millie rolled her eyes and took Baylee's hand and they went to the car. They went to the shop and Sadie hugged Millie the second she came in. Baylee sauntered in and Sadie hugged her too.

"How is everything I was worried." Sadie said.

"Could be better." Baylee sighed.

"Everything is fine." Millie said giving Baylee a glare. Sadie caught on.

"Well Millster, when are you due you look like you're about to pop." Sadie laughed.

"Any day now really, we have to pick a date but some time at the end of the month." Millie said. Sadie put a hand on Millie's belly.

"Rock hard. I think baby is ready to get on out." Sadie smiled.

"Baby needs to get out." Baylee sighed and sat on the counter.

Millie stood in front of Baylee with her back to her and Baylee instinctively began playing with Millie's hair.

"How've you been holding up?" Sadie asked.

"I've been alright." Millie said.

"She's on house rest, but she needed to get out." Baylee said. Sadie made a face.

"Millie..." Sadie said.

"Both of you shut it! You haven't been trapped in the house for days." Millie sighed.

"We're also both not about to have a baby." Sadie said. "I'll visit you after work." Sadie said. Millie sighed. Baylee and Millie headed home and it was silent in the car.

"What do you want for dinner? We can do pick up." Baylee said.

"Roadhouse?" Millie said. Baylee picked up her phone and called then handed it to Millie. Millie ordered for them while Baylee drove.

"Well Mills." Baylee sighed and parked while they waited for someone to bring their food out. "When do you want to look into a day?" Baylee asked.

"I don't really want to if I'm being honest." Millie said and looked down at her large protruding belly. She had been holding both her hands under her belly because it made the weight a little lighter. Baylee reached over and took one of Millie's hands into hers.

"Talk to me, you know even if I disagree I'll listen to you babe." Baylee said. Millie picked up the middle seat in the car and snuggled into Baylee.

"I'm just scared to do it all again. All I can remember is that pain..." Millie said.

"Well instead of thinking like that think about holding  your baby." Baylee said.

"Our baby." Millie corrected. Baylee smiled with her arm around Millie.

"Do you want to just have an operation instead?" Baylee asked.

"No... I want to be awake and all... and preferably at home in the comfort of our house." Millie said. Baylee nodded in agreement. A lady came over with their food and Baylee paid then put it in the far passenger seat since Millie was snuggled in the middle. Baylee buckled Millie in and they headed home. After they ate they were watching TV when someone knocked on the door.
