O👏kay👏 so👏! I don't know how many times I need to say this! Capitalization is important!
Capitalization-
Capitalize the beginning of your sentences, names, months, 'I's, titles, and brands! These circumstances are for any thing you write, ever! If you are writing on a phone, just click that little arrow thing on the keyboard. If you are writing on the computer, all you have to do is hold down the shift button and press the letter you need. Its not that hard, you are just lazy.
Capitalization is very important for many reasons:
1: To show the beginning of a sentence
2: To show someone or somethings importance
3: THE WORD 'I'!!!!!!!!!!
4: To show someone yelling.
Punctuation-
You need punctuation to show the end of a sentence, show some one to pause for a second, list things, and to generally show emotion.
Different punctuation:
.- A full stop (or period) is used to show the end of a sentence
!- A exclamation point is for the end of a sentence and used to show something exciting
?- A question mark is for showing confusion or asking a question
,- A coma is very important for telling you to pause and for listing things so you don't have a run-on sentence
"- Quotation marks show dialogue
Those are the most used and important ones to know for writing. If you are confused about the other punctuation, I cant help you there, go to Google. Everything your ELA/English teachers told you about writing is mostly true. If you need more help with this stuff I suggest reading books. Not just books here, on Wattpad, but actual BOOKS. Those people are professionals.
