"I wanna lay in my nest Lloyd, I need time away from everyone right now." She said softly, "Just promise me you won't tell our daughter want happened to me."

"It's promise I can keep for you, I need to go out and find either your mom or my uncle."

He said softly placing her in the nest she had made for herself.

"Lloyd, whatever you do just be careful. I can't afford to lose you, neither will Scarlett."

"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine! I'm the Green Ninja.—"

"YOU STILL CAN GET HURT LLOYD! W-What am I going to do if you just die? I... I..."

Lloyd sighed softly as kissed her tears away, "I'm sorry."

"I should be sorry," she cooed softly. "I really don't wanna lose you."

"And you won't neither will Scarlett. You both mean the world to me."

"And you mean the same to us. You should get going."

"Right." He nodded softly.

The bird like woman soon had fallen asleep feathers falling from her wings.

She knew her time was coming, she knew something not everyone knew of.

"I want to tell everyone, I want them to know how sorry I am but I can't do that.. they've been there for me, and now I need to do the same..."

She sighed letting her body shift sinking into the nest seeing Jay walk in.

Taking a seat beside her Jay let out a small worried sigh which had caught her attention.

She softly nudged him as if she were asking what's wrong.

"I don't know," he started as he looked back to her.

"You're hurt and we came to save you too late, and now look at you! You're forced to revert back to your bird form."

She frowned softly knowing he would say something like that, it hurts her just as much as it hurts them.

She quickly and softly placed a warm wing around Jay before closing her eyes.

"This isn't anyone's fault but my own," She whispered softly. "I was careless, scared, afraid even. I'm glad you guys came to save me when you did."
