When the elevators door opened, I ran out and down to my apartment.

I'm in big trouble! Me coming home at 9 in the morning, my father does not tolerate that.

My curfew is at ten and I got distracted by having too much fun with my new friend named Dennis. We met two nights ago at Club Hype. I've always wanted to go there and it's my first time.

With him being familiar with the place, he told me everything I needed to know. Ever since that, we've been hanging out.

Dennis is from the Southside of Detroit and lives a wealthy life due to his mother running a family business.

Arriving at the door, I open up my clutch and fish through it as I was looking for my house keys. At last I found them and I let out a sigh. Before I could even enter, the door open.

It was our maid named Eileen instead of my father.

"Morning, miss Gilliam, this is odd to see you coming home at this time." She arched her brow.

"Haha, yeah, I know. I was out with a friend and lost track of time." I explained, she steps aside as she let me enter.

I placed my clutch on the nightstand and turn around to go to the bathroom to change out of my evening clothes.

"Oh, Miss Gilliam!" The maid shouted from behind my door.

"Yes?" I shouted back, unzipping my dress.

"Your father will talk to you when he gets home from work."
She notified.

Of course he would. I'm not surprised by that, I hope he can hear me out and understand me. I really lost track of time. I didn't do this cause I wanted to act grown.

I turned off the sink after washing the makeup off my face. I carefully patted my face dry with my towel, turning off the lights as I exit my bathroom.

I sat at the table inside of our dining room, taking a bite of turkey bacon as I flipped through teen stars magazine.

It's one of the magazines I subscribed to besides Vogue and Marie Claire. I enjoy reading about my favorite teen stars, especially that Matt Dillon.

Eileen refills my cup with orange juice and walk back to the kitchen.

I flipped to the next page, taking a sip of my orange juice as my eyes scan through the article that was about latest cuties.
