Imagine 8: Holiday (Zack)

Anna's POV:
We set up our towels and other stuff and I sat down, my hand lightly resting on the sand.
Me and my best friend, Zack, had taken a holiday to Kos, Greece, and it was beautiful. Zack sat down next to me, admiring the view.

"I really needed this." I said, taking a deep breath of the warm air. "Same. It's nice to get away for a little while, just me and you." He said. The last part made me smile.

I took off my shirt and my shorts, revealing my purple bikini underneath. Zack encouraged me to wear a bikini, even though I was so insecure. "You're so fucking beautiful." Zack whispered under his breath.

I turned my face away, becoming very hot and red. He always knew how to make me feel better even with the slightest thing. "You heard that?" Zack asked, laughing nervously.

"Yeah, I did." I said, covering my red face.
"Well I honestly mean it Anna. You're stunning, perfect, gorgeous and obviously sexy." He said, winking.

"Zack stoppp. You're making me blushhhh." I said. "Show me you're beautiful face." Zack said, tugging at me hands. I uncovered my face once the redness had gone down. "So beautiful." He whispered, kissing my forehead.

"You wanna go into the water?" He asked. I nodded and stood up. He took my hand and pulled me with him. Suddenly, he scooped me up in his arms and began to run. I screamed and laughed, clinging onto him. He slowly put me down once we got in the water.

It was actually quite warm because of the heat. "Hey Anna?" Zack said. I looked at him and was met by a face full of water. "Oi!" I laughed, splashing him back. He began to tickle my hips and I screeched. "NONONONONOIMSORRYPLEASESTOP!"
I laughed. "No." Zack said, smirking.
"ZACKPLEASESTOP!" I squealed. After another minute, he finally stopped and I was panting. "You. Are. So dead." I panted.

"Oh yeah?" He smiled smugly. He grabbed my hips and pulled me towards him, our lips almost touching. "It's cute when you try and act tough." He breathes against my lips. I looked down in embarrassment and my ace flushed a deep pink.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and I laid my head on his chest. He took me hand and we got out of the water after a while. He sat down in his towel and he brought my down with him. I sat in between his legs and laid my back on his chest. His arms were around my waist again and I felt so safe and comfortable.

"I really like you Anna. And not just the best friend way. I like you. I don't care if you don't feel the same but I had to let you know. God, it's been stuck with me for a while and it's hard to keep it a secret when I'm with you. You're so gorgeous and I wish I could spend every second with you. It's hard being away from you on tour but I promise I'll start taking you with me. I hope this doesn't change anything between us." Zack blurted out. I sat up and turned my body to face him.

"Zack- I- wow, I don't know what to say. I really like you too. I didn't want to tell you in case I'd be embarrassed that you didn't feel the same. Being with you makes it grow stronger and if I could spend every second with you I would. And you say a lot of shit about yourself but Zack, you're an adorable, handsome and sexy person. It doesn't change anything between us, and I so glad you told me." I smiled, blushing a little.

Zack had little patches of pink on his cheek, too. "Look, I know it's a bit too soon, but I honestly really like you. Anna, would you do the honour of becoming my girlfriend?" He asked. "Zack, I thought you'd never ask. Of course I'll be your girlfriend." I grinned.

All of a sudden, he connected his soft lips with mine. I fluttered my eyes closed and kissed back, fireworks bursting in my stomach. When he pulled away, I cuddled myself into his chest.

"I love you baby. I won't hurt you." He whispered, putting his hands on my cheeks. "I love you too my little spoon. I won't hurt you either."
