Everyone you Will Ever Meet Knows Something that You Don't --- Bill Nye.

Just a door.
A completely different world was just a door away.
Smooth marble floors and peach walls. There's a light every meter away and the smell, it's mind-spinning.
Oh, the fragrance.
It smells so strong, like a perfume bomb exploded in this hallway and I see his nostrils flare. Like he's really angry about something.
But then he glances at me and walks ahead, so I follow. His strides are long and confident and his gaze is set ahead like he's been here many, many times and he's seen so many colours before and they're of no interest to him.
But to me they are.
I can't stop looking at the slightly swirly patterns on the walls and the shape of the perfect cut-outs on the floor. I notice that my bare feet are colder against the cool marble but it feels so smooth and different from the stone that I enjoy it.
Soon, I'll be out of my mind and I won't be able to feel these things. I might as well enjoy the simple feeling of luxury while I can.
We turn to the right two times and then to the left where there are 2 large men in uniform with guns lining their belts, their expressions blank and their posture straight. My mind is working rapidly to adjust. 3 people in one day all of a sudden?
And when one of the men opens the door, I see a hallway lined with people in uniform, who're probably soldiers.
And I'm in heaven.
This is definitely a dream.
So, so many people and I don't know how to react because it's been years. So, so many years since I saw someone like me. They're all male, but we're all human.
We walk past them all into an elevator, and it feels odd being in one after so long. Side-by-side we travel upwards and then it opens to reveal another long hallway lined with soldiers.
We pass them all into another room which looks like an office.
The door closes shut behind me and then it's just me and the person who came to my cell. I look around the office and I see a glossy mahogany desk with golden lining and three chairs. One chair facing two on opposite sides of the desk. The single chair is made of plush red velvet and the other two are made of clean black leather. The floor has unblemished white tiles and the walls are shiny white with some sort of glimmer-y pattern. There's an enormous chandelier hanging graciously from the high ceiling and it's made of gold and crystal and light and it's reflecting everywhere and it's just so, so beautiful.
It's exquisite.
It's unlike anything I've ever seen and my eyes are wide and I know I look out of place in my plain black dress.
He walks past me and gestures for me to sit on a black leather chair.
'Take a seat, sweetheart.'
I sit.
I sink.
It's so comfortable I could fall asleep. I sigh and close my eyes for a few seconds.
He's sitting on the red velvet chair opposite me, the desk between us. He's smiling at me with those dimples and I feel so relaxed.
There's a name written on a metal plate on the desk and it says:
Supreme Commander D. Archer
