With my little lookalike sitting on my chair, I scattered some crumbs of cheddar cheese to attract those same mice that enticed me into that mythical wonderland. After I had finished setting up my trap, I dove into my springy bed and pretended to be asleep. All of a sudden, I heard the familiar squeaks of the pure white mice. They had snagged the cheese from the floor and scurried away. I leaped out of my bed, pursuing the little critters. Down the stairs and around the corners, we all eventually reached the tiny door. I swung the hidden entrance open vigorously to reveal the portal once again. I crawled through the tunnel, reliving that overwhelming feeling of joy as I passed through to to other side. Yet again, I heard the humming of my dear brother, Patton, who was cooking yet another delicious meal.

"Welcome back, Kiddo!" He greeted.

"Hi..."

"So thoughtful of you to send this nice cheddar, Roman!"

"Cheddar?" I queried, then I looked at what he was grating "Oh! Mice speed.."

"Would you got fetch your brother?" Patton requested "I bet he's hungry as a pumpkin by now!"

"You mean my other brother?"

"Your better brother, Rolo!" Patton smiled "He's out in the garden."

"But.. my brothers don't have time to gard-"

I was interrupted with a ripe a delicious strawberry to the mouth.

"Go on!" Patton encouraged.

I opened the back door to witness a much more pleasing sight. As I sauntered to the gate, I was wondering upon a gorgeous garden filled with roses and trees and tulips and so much more. It was truly magical. Then I looked up to see Logan on what looked to be a gigantic mechanical grasshopper?

"I love your garden!!" I exclaimed.

"Our garden, Roman!" He replied.

All of a sudden, I felt a nipping at my legs. I was being tickled to death my snapdragons! Before I knew it, I was on the stone cold floor, roaring with laughter.

Logan came over to give me a bit of a helping hand.

"Tickle no more, you dragonsnappers!" He chuckled.

"Well, he says that it's time for dinner! Breakfast! Food?" I laughed at my own stupidity.

"Hope on, kiddo. I wanna show you something!" Logan gleamed, offering me his hand.

I hoped onto the back of the mechanical grasshopper. Suddenly, we began to fly up and that's when I realised that the garden was me. All the flowers and plants were arranged to look like me.

"I can't believe you did this!" I squealed.

"Patton said you'd like it!" Logan grinned "Boy, he knows you like the back of his hand."

When we got back inside, Patton was done cooking and the kitchen smelt like Heaven. There was a utopia of food in front of me, just waiting to be eaten.

"This is so good!" I chuffed.

"I love dinner, breakfast food!" Logan chortled.

"Roman," Patton said "Mr. Remus has invited you to come see the jumping mice perform after dinner!"

"Really?" I asked "That know-it-all Virgil said it was all in Mr. Remus' head... I knew he was wrong!"

"Well everything in this world's right, kiddo!" Logan stated.

"Your brother and I will clean up while you and your friend head upstairs!" Patton smirked.

"My friend?" I smelt some BS going on.

Patton then walked over to the front door to reveal an annoyingly familiar face.

"Great, another Virgil.." I groaned "Hello, J-Delightful..."

He just stood there and waved, not saying a word.

"Hello?"

"I thought you'd like him a little more if he spoke a little less!" Patton admitted "So I fixed him!"

"So he... can't talk at all?"

I must say, as much as listening to Virge talk was annoying, it did feel quite unsettling with out his stupid voice...

"Nope!" Patton replied.

"Hmm... I like it!" I responded back.

I was scared to say otherwise.

"Now run along, you two!" Patton giggled "And have fun!"

We went outside to climb to the upstairs.

"You're awful cheerful..." I said with some concern "considering you can't say anything.."

Then I noticed some stitching on his mouth...

"Uhh.. it didn't hurt did it?" I mumbled "when she-"

I was cut off by him pointing at a mini flying blimp.

It flew inside of Mr. Remus' part of the apartments. wWe knocked on the door only to be flipped inside and landing with a thud.

The apartment had changed into a carnival! There were candy floss cannons and popcorn machines everywhere with a large tent in the middle. We each grabbed some snacks and went inside the tent.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Come with your eyes and ears
And come to watch our performance
I, Remus Bartholomew Sanders
Would like to present my astounding,
Stupendulous and amazing jumping mouse circus!

Out of the blimp came hundreds of mice, rearranged in...

"MY NAME!!" I blurted out.

Then the mice jumped and spun around in shapes and performed many wonderful tricks. It was so mesmerising to watch I felt as if I was being hypnotised!

After the wondrous show that was put on before us, we applauded Mr. Remus and his talent.

"Very, very thank you, lady and gentleman!" He bowed.

The mice left the stage and we said our farewells!!

I was so tired I didn't even realise I was
already in bed, with my other brothers and other Virgil wishing me a goodnight sleep.

I woke up with a terrible yawn only to find I was back in the NORMAL world...
