After Noah left the diner I sat at the table for about 30 mins till I saw my two beautiful best friends! I squeal running over to them and embracing them into my arms. If I knew one thing it would be that no matter what these two girls had my back.
After our girlie reunion we sat back down at the table. I knew that all the questions would start coming within seconds.
"Soooo? What the hell happened?" Sarah said sipping on her coffee "yeah one minute your totally in love with Nick then the next your out for breakfast with THE Noah Centineo?!" Piper said emphasizing the the.
I giggles at them at look at them innocently. "I'm innocent I swear! Look it's alot but long story short my mom is divorcing my dad. Noah texted me all day yesterday and helped me feel better. Nick came home drunk slapped me 3 times then kicked me out. I texted Noah and he came to pick me up." I say in all one breath. They looked at me in shock not knowing what to say. I laugh lowly because saying it out loud again made me realize my life was a mess when it was literally perfect 2 days ago.
"Well that's a whole lot of bullshit I'm sorry we were out of town" Piper says sadly. I shake my head "no it's all good. But now I don't know where imma go. Noah said I can stay with him but I don't wanna intrude especially since I just met the guy." They nod in agreement "I mean I could just go home but then my mom mostly my dad will say told you so blah blah and I'm not ready for the I told you so talk" they nod again.
"Maybe staying with Noah wouldn't be so bad Bri. He seems like a decent guy. Plus he's hot as hell" Sarah giggles I agree he was pretty hot. I tell them about our morning and we giggle and laugh. They always know how to make me feel better. After we finish talking we decide to take a walk to the beach it was only a mile away from where we were and the beach was my happy place.

Later on that afternoon after spending time at the beach as we walked back to the diner I turned to my best friends. "Do y'all think I should go talk to Nick? I mean maybe he was drunk and really didn't know what he was doing" they looked at me in shock stopping me in my tracks Sarah grabbed on my shoulders "Bri you Cannot be serious. The man slapped you 3 times you have a bruise in your hips and your wrists." " Bri drinking and being drunk is no excuse of what he really did to you. It's okay to be hurt by this. But don't go running back to him"
I sigh knowing there right but I can't help but think maybe he has an explanation. He's my first love I can't just let him go. We get in the car and start driving to his house. Getting closer and closer I feel pressure on my chest maybe this wasn't such a good idea.
