Everyone is just stressing me out on why you keep pushing the deadline of your comeback. I'm stressed out, Clef. So please. Do all of us a favor and just record the song!

Please lang talaga, Clef. Alam mo naman na, para sa album mo 'to kaya kinukulit kita. Last deadline will be next month. Yan na lang ang maibibigay ko sayo.

I scratched my head and threw my phone on the sofa. I didn't want just any voice. I wanted THE voice.. the perfect one.

This song wasn't just the usual song that I've written.. this one was different, a good different. It was the best one that I've written ever since I've started writing songs, before I even made my debut as a singer.

Umayos ka na, Clef. It's been months since naghahanap ka pero wala pa rin. Di mo nga alam if this voice that you need exists.
I thought to myself as I sighed.

The only missing to complete my comeback album was to record the song. THE SONG.

Everyone has been anticipating my comeback since... my break. It's been 10 months to be exact when I suddenly announced that I was going to take time off the limelight.

Hahay Manager, di lang naman ikaw stressed.

I've never been the type to be "choosy" when it came to having collaborations in my songs. Never been the type to have problems in finding someone to feature in my songs as well. There were so many artists that were more than willing to help out with this song.

But.. their voices just wasn't it.

... what voice are you even looking for Clef?

I took out my cigarette and was about to light it up when I saw my reflection, taking me back to the time when I've never relied to nicotine as my stress reliever. Times like these were when I ask myself, who am I?

Thinking of my family made my mind wonder back to almost a year ago when dad died... back when mom's depression started. 
Me and my twin sister still can't believe that it's been a few months since it happened. Felt as if it just happened, like it was just yesterday when we lost dad to a terrible car accident.

Me and Cres have been trying our best to hold on to whatever was left of our family. Honestly thankful that I had her and that she had me. It had been tough and a hard adjustment to all of us.

Gone were the days when we'd enjoy late dinners together. The mansion that was once filled with laughter and smiles, was now filled with deafening silence. It was one of the reasons that me and my twin decided to move out of the mansion. I still remembered our mom throwing a fit the day we left the mansion, she screamed and cried out my dad's name.
