My notes: This is when the chapters started to become a little longer, so I hope you still like it.

A few days went by. The sub area of the station had suffered severe damage from the outbreak causing all the work to slow down and it would take weeks to recover. Malcolm was still waiting until he could go to the area to see what happened. That morning he and his colleagues got a message spoken via the radio announcer. 'Attention, all personnel needs to go to briefing room within 30 minutes. I have no doubt that it will be about the incident.' He thought.

Everyone including Malcolm went to the briefing room. It was like an auditorium with a  podium at the end. However, this time there was a huge monitor screen placed on the podium. At that moment Malcolm saw David and the other scientist he worked with.

'Hey Mal, come over here, we have kept a seat free for you.' He sat down and looked ahead of him. Williams walked on the podium and started to speak.

'Attention everyone, we are having this meeting because a few days ago something really serious has happened and there are a few things that need to be told.'  'But I will now give the word to the General.' He walked off and a few seconds later the lights went off and the screen turned on. Then Malcolm saw General Grey appearing on the screen looking as awful as ever.

'Hello personnel of the Mayfield Station.  my name is Mac Grey, Head Advisor of The C.S.A.C. (Colonial, Space, Analyzes, Cooperation) Military forces. I'm giving you this message regarding a recent terrible incident that occurred on your workplace which never should've happened.'

'A few days ago, some of the captured Lifeform managed to break out from their holding cells and cause a massive loss in many respected workers and friends and to the progress of the most important work that has been done here. Unfortunately, we have yet to figure how it happened, but there are currently more important things to talk about.'

'First thing this outbreak caused the Lives of at least six people including two of our soldiers. Sadly, enough one of them was our captain Matthew Fergus.' When he said that everyone made a loud gasp and started to speak to each other quietly. Mac's message continued.

'I am sorry to all of you, but our work needs to continue if we want to make it through these hard times.'

'Because our security needs a leader I am giving the task to Sergeant Wolf as some thanks for his actions. Captain Wolf I wish you the best.'

'But for now, I want tell to all scientists who work on the project. You can continue within a week and you have another chance to have our creation of live successfully developed, we have provided you with some machinery upgrades that may come in handy for your work. You must not fail because if you do, there is no point of return, so don't disappoint me!' You could just see the anger in his eye like he didn't care.

Grey, finished his briefing and the video ended. Williams walked up to the Podium again.

'Alright everyone that was what needed to be shown. I wish you all the best after the death of our colleagues and friends and we will not forget them. But we need to do a few things now however you are not going to like this. First due to safety risks we have to burn the bodies in order to prevent a potential infection and contaminations. I'm really sorry, but orders are orders and you cannot do anything against that.' Malcolm could just feel that everybody disagreed with this but it was the protocol. Williams continued.

'Also, I want to have a word with the members of the team that work on the Project so we will meet later. Lastly like our General said you will be able to start working again next week, but until then I want everyone to follow all given instructions and don't do stupid things.'
