Oneshots Galore!

Chris x reader: Orion's Tale

(I'm starting to get past my writer's block and this one was requested by @foxOfDarkness)

"That's Andromeda, the Twins, Ursa Major and Minor... Where the heck is Orion?"

I hear a chuckle from behind me and turn to see my childhood best friend Chris leaning against a tree," you can't find it?" 

"No! I can find it, the sky is just cloudy!" 

He walks over and sits on the blanket we have laid out beside me," well, where is it then?" 

"um... there?" I point up at a random spot.

"Nice try, but that's the constellation of Draco."

I make a noise of distress and pout as he takes my hand and pulls it back down. 

"Even after all the times we've stargazed, you still can't find my signature constellation. I'm hurt, (y/n)..." 

A sharp pang hits me hard as I look down at my crossed lap," I'm sorry... I should know it by now."

"Maybe there's a way you can make it up to me, (n/n)." I oblige as he gently cups my red cheek so I'm looking at him. His dark silver eyes met mine as he leans in closer. I could feel the proximity of his body to mine and the butterflies dancing in my stomach. I sigh and lean in subconsciously until we met in the middle, both pairs of eyes sliding shut as the cliffside sang its own version of 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight'. 

After a minute, we pull back to breath, cheeks as rosy as the rising sun behind us. 

"By the way, babydoll, Orion won't be around until winter." He grins and pecks my forehead before running off. 

"CHRIS YUKIMURA" 

(The name is not canon, but I couldn't find one so I looked a last name up for him.)
