~Natsu p.o.v~
As soon as I say that the cafe door burst opens and I stand up abruptly and so do my friends. we see some guards with the heartfillia crest on their outfit which was heart shape but it crossed making the letter F.
"where is Lucy heartfilia?" one of them demands and pure fear and shock appears on lucy's face
"not here" I lie
"lier, she is right there grab her," one of them says spotting lucy and in seconds guards are around the table
"Oh F*ck no!" I yell and smack a hand that was reaching for lucy
"you will have to get through me and my friends first," I say fire in my eyes and protectiveness in my voice and lucy looks at us
"Yeah!" Mira says
"so leave" I grabbed a fork and swang it around to guards who tried to touch her
" not without ms lucy under Mr. Jude heartfillia's orders we will take her and by force, if we need to," a different one says and I growl
"Natsu please I dont want you to get hurt...." lucy says pleadingly
"no I won't let you go back to that life of misery and isolation and malnutrition no way," I say smiling at her and I see tears of happiness and fear in hers
"thank you," she says
"WHY YOU INSOLENT BRAT!!" one of them says and I slash his hand making it bleeds. everyone else is way too amazed and shocked at this that they are frozen in place.
"you're taking away someone else's freedom who fought hard to get so the only brats here are you guys!" I say
"I'll take lucy to safety," Mira says
"No not yet were too outnumbered to get here away without people following her and you Mira," Gray says
"gray's right we need to wait a bit," I say and get up and push them away. and so does erza and gray while cana, levy, and Mira stay sitting down and around lucy in a protective position
"lucy you dont have to worry Natsu won't let anything happen to you when he gets this angry he could take down a really big amount of people" Cana says smiling at lucy
"okay" Lucy says. I punch one that is headed to behind lucy and kick another who was about to hit gray. after what felt like thirty minutes since there was a lot I started to grow tired but I wouldn't stop I had to make sure lucy was safe so I wasn't going to stop until I knew she was okay and I could. I turned my head back to see lucy with messed up hair probably from having her hair pulled from them trying to grab her but with the protection of Mira, levy, and cana they failed in doing so.
"their getting tried" I hear one yell
"OH YEAH?" I challenge "because I'm just getting fired up" I yell and suddenly a burst of energy appears out of nowhere
"Natsu behind you!" lucy yells and i duck and punch their stomach winding them. next, I kick on in the head in the temple making them fall on their face. I look around and around twenty-five or less were left of guards
"Mira take her," I say and Mira nods and the others get up and leave with lucy while me gray, wendy and erza fight.
"You guys aren't getting anywhere near my luce not when I can help it," I say looking around at the people. everyone lunges at me from all sides making me,erza, gray, and wendy go back to back in a square form and we finally finish another ten of them but now im extremely tired and getting weak from everything that was going on adn I could teel my friends were as well when suddenly a chair was thrown at one of them and I looked to see it was max, jet, and droy.
"holy cow what happened, I saw Mira and some of the other girls run out, and now ai see a wrecked table and you holding a knife," Max says confused
"They are trying to take lucy back to her father," I say and they look at us
"isn't that a good thing though?" jet asks
"would be but it isn't since he is abusive to her physically and mentally so no it isn't," I say
"so that's why we're fighting this people," I say
"well there goes some backup," jet says and gives a few sucker punches to a few of the guards. and I smile as we finally finish after what feels like hours of fighting, I had a few bruises here and there some scratches and my hair looked like a rats nest. gray and erza were around the same shape just not as much as I was.
I sighed and called Mira
me: Mira how is she?
Mira: were at cana's dont worry and she is crying out of worry for you but unharmed" she says and I smile a tired one with one eyelid shut
me: that's good to know
Mira: Yeah, when are you going to be here to pick up your princess?
me: twenty minutes I need to make it over to her house remember I dont have teleportation magic
Mira: true, well see you soon Natsu
I look at my friend who nod and I smile and rush out to grab lucy who is waiting twenty minutes from here at cana's house. I'm surprised I didnt get hit by cars since you know I ran across streets crosswalk signs or not. I really wanted to make sure she was okay and not harmed even though Mira said she was fine dont worry lucy im coming? I thought. was I insane? yes I vary much was insane and Inlove with lucy heartfillia. a daughter of an abusive tycoon but a beautiful girl who I met over a videogame.
when I arrive at the complex I knock on cana's door and am greeted by levy who smiles and lets me in
"HEY LU YOUR PRINCE IS HERE!" she shouts soon lucy appears and her eyes widen as she hugs me tightly
"i thought you were going to die," she says tearfully
"it would take a lot more to kill me dont worry," I say smiling at her
"Okay, I won't worry anymore," lucy says relived and kisses me on the lips and I kiss her back.
