I can handle it. (kenma x kuroo) Fluff!

my dear kenma (Kuroo pov)

So I'm going away on vacation and the though thing was getting forced by kenma to tell him all about it, anyway I'm kind of glad that it all happened or I'd feel bad my whole life.

After we finish playing around and kenma goes home, I realize that I only have two days until we go, so I decided to do something for kenma before I left. I run up to my room and lay back on my bed "what does kenma like?" I think while rolling around my bed.

I sit up once I get the perfect idea, I grab a few pieces of cloth and some pieces of paper as I start putting everything together, I make a call to hinata, as he agrees and gets all pumped up, I end up trying to call tsukki but he just got mad and hanged up saying he was busy although I could hear yamaguchi in the background.

The next day,

I get into the gymnasium as the rest of the team looks at me confused, I just head to the locker rooms and get changed before kenma arrives, I put on the fuzzy cat ears and the tail I made as I put 3 stripes on each of my cheeks like whiskers, I get out of the locker room and wait by the bleachers.

I see him come in and I jump up "kenma!~" I yell out, he looks at me and blushes as he points me outside, I shrug and go to him.

"K-kuroo! Why are you dressed like a cat?" he looks at me I smile about to answer his question but he cuts me off "actually I don't wanna know...anyway I came here to tell you that I was allowed to go with you on the vacation" I feel speachless after what he had said, I end up hugging him close to me.

"Yes! I'm so happy~ I get to go with you!" he nods and then tries to push me away "yeah I know! Now no more hugs! You're gonna kill me! We have to play against another team remem-" we hear slow clapping behind us as we look to see who it is i realized I had made the biggest mistake ever.

"Oh wow! Are you kuroo and kenma?  You know from the team we are about to beat?" his team laughs a bit, I look at him as kenma sighs and stays behind me "you know this is just for fun right! But we could beat you anytime you please~" I grin.

He grunts and makes the rest of his team head inside to get ready as he stares at me and then he looks over at kenma "hm..this one's pretty cute and I bet he has some good talent since he seems less likely to know anything about volleyball, so I can use him, fine, let's compete! Whoever gets to wins first round gets him."

I feel like I have been hit in the gut, I don't want to put kenma on the line, I don't want to let him go not now not ever! But he will give my team the worst time ever, I sigh and look at him "fine! But don't even try anything or I will beat you...and more than just in volleyball" he nods and gives me a grin.

Kenma looks at me and I can tell that even he's a bit scared, although his face shows no fear, he doesn't wanna leave. I give him one last hug before we play, I can see his lighten up and I feel pumped up.

He smiles at me and looks at the court "let's have fun kuroo" I nod as I hold his hand tightly on the way towards the net.

I whisper one last thing to him too just for good measures, "kenma..I love you..I won't let them take you" his face gets all red as he whispers back "yeah I know. .and love you too.." those words where kept in my brain and my heart forever, and I will never let them go no matter what happens this day.
