The next day was virtually a rest day.
THANK THE FUCKING LORD.
I was one of the latest coming back to to company and boy was I feeling it.
"Harry Potter, you want to come out with us?" Lisa asked from the bottom bunk.
"Later." I yawned.
"I'm too tired now."It wasn't soon before I felt movement of the bed.
"I haven't seen you for two day?" My cheek was being prodded.
I opened one eye to see the adorable girl pouting back at me.
"I'll join you later, I promise."
"No, you join me now." She said while prying my arms, that were clutching a pillow, open.
She then proceeded to insert herself into my arms, replacing the pillow.
Maybe Thailand has different wake up routines.
"I thought you were going to go?" I asked.
"Go and eat some breakfast, you need the energy.""No it's okay." She answered, hugging me tightly.
"I have food in bag.""Oh, that's good then."
"Yes Harry Potter, I am good." She whispered.
It wasn't long before we both dozed off into the land of dream.
———
It turns out Lisa and I slept for three hours missing the breakfast buffet and nearly missing vocal training."Good improvements Raejin." Claire the vocal trainer commented.
"Try and work on the transition of your singing voice to your head voice.""Jisoo, excellent work today." She smiled.
"Next time take deeper breaths in so your voice comes out more powerful."She make a swift wave of the hand before leaving.
"Thank you." We bowed.
Jisoo tapped me on the shoulder.
"Do you want to get lunch now?""Sure." I smiled.
In reality I was literally STARVING. My earlier thought of sleep being more important than food was a reckless, stupid mistake which I would never make again.
"Should we eat out?" She asked.
"I really feel like jajjamyeon, or maybe even bulgogi.""What about jjampong or tangsyuk?" I suggested.
"Oh that would be nice with a bit of radish on the side." She hissed with satisfaction.
"I know a place that does nice pork cutlets.""I also know a good Chinese place." I added.
We both skipped in anticipation.
"We could share a hotpot." Jisoo proposed.
"Sounds good to me."
Eventually we entered the YG cafeteria and collected our plates after realising that trainees don't get any money and we were in fact broke.
"Next time we can go for chicken and beer." She continued.
"Or tteobokki and blood sausage." I replied picking up a bowl of rice with soup.
"Bossam." We said simultaneously.
"Okay!" She clapped.
"It's decided. We'll go when we find someone with money.""Deal." I laughed as we made our way to the table full of our people.
