"So what to you think of your mentor?" The friendly interviewer asked.

When we got back to the room the previous day, the rest of the girls were bragging about who they were paired with.

Rosie got her dream mentor, Taeyang who would help her with her dancing.
Lisa got Seungri so she could learn about variety skills and develop her speaking.
And Ellie got Psy, which I could only imagine how chaotic it would be.
They rambled on about the places they would go with them and the activities they would do.

Instead of doing this, I decided to spend my time getting to know the group, spending hours on YouTube watching unhelpful guides.

New information I had learned from watching:

1. The members names
2. I had already heard some of their music on the radio, but any that I hadn't were good.
3. GD was a God.
4. Taeyang was a dancing God.
5. Daesung was a sweet, funny guy.
6. Seungri was the mood maker of the group.
7. T.O.P was a character.

I concluded that the group seemed fun to be around and T.O.P must have been shy. Because of this, I vowed to make it my responsibility to make him feel less uncomfortable. It would be better for both of us and the viewers.

I sat in the dark interview room awaiting my day of adventure.

"He has cool hair." I answered after much deliberation.
"And he dresses really well."

"Is that it." He chuckled.
"Anything else?"

"I know it's going to be fun getting to know him." I quickly added the cringy sentence.

"Okay, take a camera and enjoy." He smiled.

"Thank you." I took the camera out of his hand and bowed.
"Have a nice day."

Walking to the practice room, I used the time to practice my vlogging skills.

"Hello guys, this is RaeJin's camera. I'm on my way to meet T.O.P, hopefully I don't look too bad." I put one eye close to the camera.
"Let's see if he's here."

The members were already in the practice room lazing around.

"Hello." I greeted them all politely with a bow.

"Good morning." A member I now recognised as Taeyang waved.
"Aren't you here early?"

"Yes, I have a long day planned."

"Sounds interesting." Daesung smiled.
"Anything we should be concerned about?"

I thought for a second.
"Not that I know of."

"That didn't sound convincing at all." Seungri wheezed.

"Seungri, shut up." Gd sighed from the floor.
"I don't want to have a headache all day."

"You should get going." Daesung advised.
"They're probably going to start arguing now."

I listened to him.

"Let's go TOP." I called him over.
"Sunbaenim. TOP sunbaenim."

He stood up, dusting off his smart black pants and navy blue jumper.

Compared to him, I felt slightly underdressed in my leggings and two toned hoodie.

But who was more comfortable?

I began my interview.
"This is what TOP is wearing."

He stopped to let me display his outfit on camera.

"How are you feeling today?"

"Tired."

"Perfect." I clapped.
"Because we're going to get some breakfast."
