"I can't explain how happy I am that Dr. Saltzman is back."

Iris slowly nods at Fiona's comment. The two girls, and Theo, all sat in the girls room, studying for their upcoming History test before school.

Iris sighs. "You guys, I need advice,"

Fiona looks up from her text book. "Iris, i'm your roommate, and you're friend, but i'm terrible with advice!" She whines. Theo frowns, confused.

The hellhound turns to his friend. "What is it, Iris?"

The blond sighs. "Lizzie and I are keeping...everything a secret." She begins. "Because of her dad, and Josie.,"

"What's up with Josie?" Fiona asks.

"She's my best friend,"

"But you're with Lizzie." Frowns Theo.

"Yes-"

"And you're breaking every friendship code there is," Fiona continues.

Iris groans. "I know," The McKnight lets out a defeated sigh, leaning on Theo's arm. "I just hate hurting people's feelings." She mumbles. "Like Sampson-"

"Screw him," Theo snaps. "He lied to all of us."

Iris sits up. "He's a 200 year old man who's terrified of saying anything cause he'll get shoved in a cave again." She retorts. "He eventually told us the truth."

Fiona scoffs. "Yeah, when we were about to get slaughtered." Iris frowns. "Sorry, I, but Sam kept huge secrets from us. He was a part of your coven, you should be just as mad as us."

Iris shakes her head. "I can't," She whispers. "I can't stay mad at someone who's done no worse than me." She breathes. Standing up, Iris brushes off her plain white skirt, adjusting her blue cropped sweater, with an S on the chest. "I have to go, it's my first day as TA."

Her golden hair sways as she walks down the hall.

"Hey, Iris!"

"Iris, I love your shoes!"

"Looking good, Iris."

She waves at students that pass her by, Alaric standing awkwardly in the midst of it all. She brings her book to her chest, skipping over. "Lost?"

"Very," He breathes. "Has everything changed since I've been gone?" He asks.

Iris nods. "Pretty much." The turn a corner, seeing a confused Hope Mikaelson. "Hey, Hope!" She chirps, smiling wide.
