The castle was filled with Iris's ancestors, and other supernatural beings. "How are they all in my subconscious?" Iris asks Henrick. He smiles, happy that the blond was finally here.
"For the fight, the end of this darkness, the barrier between the Other Side and here are diminished. This is more than just your head, Iris. So much more." He explains. "Come on, there's some people I want you to meet."
Henrick pulls Iris down the hall, and she remembers giving him his bride. She then wonders what happened to the girl. The young man leads her to a man. He was tall and dreamy to most other girls. His hair swept up, and his green eyes sparkling in the lights. He wore all black suit, his eyebrows knitted together as he listens closely to what a woman with brown hair is saying.
"Iris," Henrick coos. The man turns away from the woman, who slowly moves to dance with a slightly older man. The older man kisses the woman's knuckles. Her hazel eyes practically smile themselves. Iris watches the girls off the shoulder dress, seeing a symbol much like the one Hope has on her shoulder blade. "I believe you'd love to speak to someone." He hums. Before Iris can ask, Henrick wonders off. Iris stands in her large gown. The rest of the guests hadn't seen her. These people were practically VIP. It wasn't even her full coven. Just some of the more memorable and a few people she didn't recognize, like this woman.
The lady smiles, "Hello, Iris. My name is Jo. Jo Loughlin." A small smile spreads across her face, and Iris's eyes are wide.
"Oh my god," She gasps. "Hi, um, I know Lizzie and Josie. They're my best friends," She shakes her hand, now feeling nervous.
Josette chuckles. "I know, you and Lizzie are very close." Iris's jaw drops. She begins to wonder what Jo knows about her and Lizzie. "I'm happy they have you. You are a very good friend to them."
Iris smiles. "I try to be. They've always been so kind to me since I arrived to the school." She rambles. "Thank you for coming, I think." Josette smiles, the girl's energy she gives off very lovely to the soul.
"Good luck tonight. What I've heard about Nyx, she's strong. But, I think you might be strong enough to take her down." Josette explains.
"Thank you, that means a lot." Iris breathes. Clover walks into the middle of the room, explaining to everyone they must get to the main floor as the ball would now officially begin. "That's my cue." Iris hums.
Josette nods. "Keep Lizzie and Josie safe." She says. Iris nods in reply and she disappears in the crowd, heading to the main floor.
Laurence wanders over, observing any last minute details of Iris's appearance. "A true beauty." She grins. Iris shifts her feet, still weirded out she is with her coven. She killed them all. Burned them to ash. Yet here they are, welcoming her with open arms.
