My cheeks were still burning, but I managed to serve their drinks without another mishap.

"Thanks!" Anthony and his friends said, more or less in unison. They were smiling at me, though some of them looked like they were trying to stifle laughter at my presents.

"N-No problem." I mumbled, the heat rushing to my cheeks and I scuttled back to David with my head down.

"Well done." He started to give a slow, sarcastic clap, a smirk on his lips. That bastard! It wasn't my fault! That tap had been faulty for months!

Tossing the remains of coffee grains that had been left near the sink, into the trash, I shot him a spiteful glare. "Shutup." I grumbed. "You can be really mean sometimes."

"Ian." He sighed, though the amusement was apparant in his voice. I felt his hand give me a pat on the back but I swatted it away like he was a fly. Sassy. I know.

"Stop it!" I hissed, my cheeks still red hot.

"Fine, fine." David put his hands up to show mercy and took a step back. The grin on his face was so damn I annoying.

I was still wet. Even my hair was dripping, flattening against my fore head.

I was just thankful my lunch break was in fifteen minutes. If it was any longer I would have died of nuemonia!

Every now and then I peered over the counter at Anthony and his friends, just to see if they were leaving anytime soon. Call me a stalker, but I couldn't keep my eyes off him.

Some part of me wanted them to leave just so I wouldn't embarrass myself. Though on the other hand, I wanted them to stay so I could keep looking at his handsome face. I wanted his friends to leave so me Anthony could be alone for just one bloody second!

I mean...wait. Handsome? Be alone with him? It's not like he's handsome in a gay way... H-he's just an attractive guy in general I guess. I don't want to be alone with him for any other reason except to prove David wrong. I need to show David I'm not too scared to talk to him.

When the clock struck one, Anthony and his friends were starting to leave. About time really.

On my way out of the café, I mumbled a pissed off 'good bye' to David and tore off my apron and flung it onto the hook before making my way to the exit.

Anthony and I bumped into each other, due to us reaching for the door handle at the same time.

"S-sorry!" I panicked, moving my hand away and shoving into my pocket. My eyes immediately diverted towards the floor.

"It's fine. Ian? That's your name right?" He asked, opening the door for me.

He looked somewhat guilty for forgetting my name but I didn't mind a bit. It usually took people a while to remember it. Even if it was only three letters...

"Thanks." I smiled and quickly ducked under his arm (which I noticed was really strong and toned if I might add) and left the café.

"A-And yeah. It's Ian." I said, shivering when the cold winter air hit my wet body like icey daggers.

"Cool. Nice to meet you, Ian. I don't think we've properly met." Anthony said with a small laugh, holding out his hand for me to shake.

He was classy. Damn! I had never seen someone as young as him try to shake my hand. It made me giggle.

"N-nice to meet you also!" I stammered involuntarily, a smile spreading its way across my lips as I took hold of his hand. I shook it sheepishly and reluctantly let go of it after a few seconds.

Anthony laughed again. I only just noticed the little crinkled laugh lines by his eyes when he did. It made me blush and I smiled back at him with reddened cheeks.

"So you go to the same college as Mari right?" He asked, sliding his hands into his pocket and walking beside me. I had no idea where we were walking but I didn't really care. I was just happy to be talking to him.

"Yeah! Do you know her?"

"Yes. She's nice." He smiled, glancing over and waiting for me to catch up with him.

I'll kill Mari. How come she gets all the crushes and I get none!

It seemed like all my friends were more attractive than me... It wasn't fair.

"Oh?" I asked. "Do you like her-" I began to ask, out of worry and jealousy at the same time. But one of Anthony's friends cut me off.

"Hey, Anthony! Are you coming with us?" One of the guys yelled, evidently forgetting I was there as well. I wasn't invisible you know! God!

Anthony looked at me with an indecisive look on his face but he then said. "Nah! I'll catch you all up later!"

Once they had all left us alone, he smiled at me. He had such a nice smile. A smile that sort of looked like he was always about to laugh. It was so genuine and cheerful, like it could brighten up a room in an instant. I wished I had a smile like that.

Anthony was so...attractive. It made me feel weak at the knees and I felt as if my face was permanently scarlet whenever he was around.

"Anyway, you were asking me something about Mari?" He asked me with a raised eyebrow, a smirk edging its way onto his face.

"Well..." I swallowed, making a 'gulp', sound. My body gave a violent sort of shiver from the cold. "I was just wondering if you li-"

He cut me short with a raise if the hand. I wish I bad that kind of authority... "Ian! You must be freezing! Your still soaked. Why haven't you rushed home to change?"

Because if I left then I wouldn't be able to talk to you...

"Um..."

Anthony frowned in concern, which was the cutest expression I had ever seen. He looked at me like I was a lost puppy out in the rain and I giggled. "I-I'm fine...I'll go home now and cha-"

"Ian." He said sternly. Wow...the way he said my name. It almost made my heart explode...b-but not in a gay way.

I looked up at him, shivering all over in the icey cold weather. "Y-yeah?" My teeth began to chatter but I didn't care. Talking to him seemed to be so thrilling and exciting, even if I was nervous as hell.

"Your not walking all the way back to your school in the freezing cold." He said, taking a step towards me and pulling off his jacket.

Woah easy tiger. For a second I thought he was about to strip right there. Not like I would mind of course.

"Here." Anthony laughed gently, probably noticing the look of shock on my pink cheeks, rosy from the cold. "Take my jacket."

"Thanks." I replied, accepting his offer with a smile. His jacket was so cosy and big. I wanted to snuggle it all day. It smelt like him...sort of musky and a little bit sexy.

"No problem." He gave me a grin and then raked his fingers through his hair. Slowly his eyes diverted towards the floor and a nervous sort of smirk spread across his face like he wanted to say something but was holding himself back. "Do you...maybe want to come back with me?" He finally asked, meeting my eyes again.
