A Fresh Start

Chapter 13

A/n just to be clear this ia me continuing off the story from my Syphrie account!!

Rose's Pov:
I wake up to someone jumping on my bed. I open my eyes and see none other than Baylee.
"Get off my bed tubie! " I yell. She looks at me,laughs,and jumps down. I grab my pillow and cover my face just so it can be pulled off by Savannah.
"Leave me alone. " I groan and turn around so I can try and get back to my dream. Suddenly, I feel someone grab my foot and drag me out of bed. I groan again but get up anyway I thought we had today off from magcon activities.
"We do but you have some explaining to do. " Baylee says. Darnit! I spoke out loud again.
"Well... " Savannah says expectantly. I then continue to tell them all off yesterday's events as they listen attentively. When I finished I sighed and rubbed my face with my hands. They just sat there with their mouths hung open in surprise.
"Shut your mouths before a fly flies in it. " I laugh. As they are recollecting themselves, I get up and walk over to my suitcase and pull out today's outfit: slightly distressed jeans, a light blue tank top with my with high top converse. I also grab a white beanie and head to the bathroom to shower.

I change into my chosen and dry my hair. I decide to straighten my hair. After I'm done, I put on light eyeshadow and a little coverup under my eyes to cover up my bags. When I approve of my style, I walk out of the bathroom to find the girls also ready for the day. For the first time all day, I take a look at my phone and see around 20 text messages. The one that caught my eye was the one from Brent Rivera. It said:
'hey gurl wanna hang at the mall like we planned yesterday? '
So i replied
'sure! Meet you at 11:30 in the lobby. '
When I looked at the time, I saw that it was already 11:15,so I grabbed an apple and headed out the door,the girls already knew where I was going so they just said goodbye. When I got downstairs, I immediately noticed the brunette boy I was going to the mall with, he was wearing a white button up shirt and some jeans. For once, he didn't have a hat on, but in his hands was a red rose. When he saw me, his eyes locked with mine. His face lightened and a smile grew on his face.
"Hey. " He spoke softly.
"Hi. "I responded. He handed me the rose and held his arm out for me to take it. I nicely refused and we walked out to these magcon limo. He opened the door and let me in, then got in himself. We then headed off to the mall.

Brent's Pov:
Rose was sitting next to me fiddling on her phone, and gosh, she looked absolutely stunning. I know she's dating Hayes and all, but I have a huge crush on her, and i have ever since I layed eyes on her. The thing that kills me is that she had no clue how I feel.

Savannah's Pov:
Rose went to the mall with Brent, which everyone but Rose knows he likes her. Gosh that girl is oblivious! Anyways, after they left, me and Baylee went over to Matt and Chris's room, where all the other boys were. We knocked on the door and Nash answered.
"Hey Savannah! Hey Baylee! Come in." he welcomed. Baylee walked in first and was immediately drawn into a hug with Chris. When I walked in, I couldn't find Matt anywhere. That's strange. Jack Johnson must've caught on and he pulled me by my wrist into the kitchen.
"Matt's out. " He simply stated.
"Where? "I asked curiously. He looked away and stayed silent. I turned on my heel and walked out of the kitchen.
"Where's Matt? " I asked.The room immediately quieted down. Okay, I'm sick of everyone avoiding my questions. I stormed out of the room, and just as I shut the door, I saw my worst nightmare...
