My Mistake

You left me

Caterina's POV

I stood there in shock my hands in Cam's. He couldn't be here I specifically told security not to let him in.

I looked at him and he stared at me with eyes that longed for me. I saw his regret for everything he had done.

"I disagree." he spoke again.

Everyone's eyes were in him and no one spoke. Finally I looked at the priest and he looked at me confused.

I was so lost I didn't know why he was doing this. Why did he want to stop me and Cam from getting married.

Did he still love me or was he just trying to ruin my life. my mind was completely blocking out everything that was going on around me.

Finally the priest touched my shoulder and I turned to face the people around me that we're here to witness a wedding not a crashed wedding.

The priest then spoke.
"Chase will now explain why he wants to stop this couple from being wed."

"Cat I'm a dick I should've stayed with you. I admit it I left you but it's not the way you think. I was scared to be a father but I also couldn't wait to be one."

I tried to open my mouth when he put his hand Putin front of me to stop me from speaking.

"I tried from the day you told me you were pregnant to prepare myself to be a dad and I guess I did a shit job at it. Your dad is the real reason why I left you he told me it was for your own good and that he didn't like me around."

I stood there tears in my eyes. I was about to run away from the whole situation when I started to say something without thinking."

"You left me!" I screamed at him tears falling down my cheeks. I stared at him with anger, sadness and regret in my eyes.

He didn't look at me he just turned away and looked at the beautiful lake while I cried and every single person was watching this whole fiasco.

Finally he spun around and slammed his lips into mine. I was shocked and wouldn't close my eyes but on instinct I held onto him and kissed him back.

Someone pulled me back and told me to stay out of the way. Then in an instant Cam was on Chase beating the shit out of him. I was screaming at them to stop but they wouldn't.

My dad came running next to me and tried pulling me away I got out of his grip then punched him square in the jaw.

"This is your fault my life is so fucking screwed up thanks to you."

He had that look of shame in his eyes while he went to touch the spot that I had just punched.

"Caterina honey list..."

"No you listen I thought you loved me but you don't because if you did you wouldn't have put me through this. You didn't talk to me for months and all of a sudden in my wedding day your all like lets fucking get you two married so cause is out of the picture."

I went on and on as I was screaming bloody murder and pointing my finger at my dad. I have had enough of this shit for one day.

"You know what this wedding is cancelled sorry to everyone who came and hopefully you can salvage the rest of the day and maybe this wedding can be rescheduled but as for now it looks like that won't be for a while."

After I told everyone that, I just walked back down the isle and to my car then I drove away.
