Caterina's POV

It's been a week and I haven't heard from Cam since he stormed out. I left him another message. The 4th one today to be exact.

"Cameron come home I miss you and Dallas misses you. What I said and did was stupid I'm sorry I love you. Today I go to court for custody of Dallas and it would mean a lot of you showed up. I miss you call me back."

I got out of the car and grabbed Dallas. I walked up to the building that would change my life. Once inside I was directed into a room. it looked just like the ones in the movies.

The police officer took Dallas with him and sat in the corner. I was sat down next to my lawyer and I waited for the judge to come in. Chase was also sat with his lawyer.

This "case" as they like to call it was a private one. Only family was allowed to come if invited. No one else was allowed in the room during the "case".

The judge walked in and it was then that I realized I could loose my baby. Dallas would be Chase's and only his.
The judge asked me to come up to the stand.

"Miss. Bennett is it?"

The judge questioned.

"No actually it's Miss. Bellmore."

"Why is that?"

The judge asked.

"I was about to get married but my wedding got rudely interrupted."

I said while looking at Chase. The judge looked confused.

"Miss. Bellmore are you saying that Mr. Walker interrupted your wedding?"

"Yes that is exactly what I'm saying."

The judge took all of that in for a minute then continued.

"Miss. Bellmore why are you here today."

"Mr. Walker thinks that he should get full custody of my baby."

I said plainly.

"Miss. Bellmore I noticed you said my baby. Do you not think this is Mr. Walker's baby?"

"I do not. He was not there for most of my pregnancy. He abandoned me after I had a shark attack and then he just appears and tries to break up me and my fiancé. He then tells me we have to get together or he is going to court for full custody of my baby."

"That is all Miss. Bellmore. Mr. Walker please make your way up to the stand."

As I walk back to my seat I look at the people in the room. My parents, Chase's parents, Brandy and the girls and even Cameron's parents.

The judge asked Chase many questions. He answered them thoroughly and made sure not to leave out a thing.

I still didn't know if I loved him. I loved Cam and I know I liked Chase but did I love him?

"We will be taking a short break."

The judge said and then walked off. I saw the doors to the room fly open and there stood Cameron. He looked tired like he hadn't slept in days.

He walked up to me. He just hugged me so tight I never wanted him to let go. He pulled away and looked into my eyes.

He planted a kiss on my forehead and then continued to hug me. A smile grew on my face. He came back he actually came back.

The judge came back in the room and we all took our seats. I looked back at Cam and he gave me a reassuring smile.

I then turned forward to the judge. She looked down at the paper work in front of her.

"I have reviewed the case and have come to a conclusion."

My heart started to speed up. Here we go moment of truth.

"The legal guardian of Dallas Bellmore is..."

My heart sank as the judge looked at me with sad eyes.

"Chase Walker."

I watched as the police officer gave Dallas to chase. Dallas cried and looked at me and that's when I lost it I burst into tears.

Chase looked at me with sad eyes. I could tell he was sorry it had come to this and he knew I was even more sorry that it came to this.

I watched as Chase Walker walked away with my baby boy. I was going to get him back. I didn't care what it took and how long it took I was getting my child back and Chase better watch out.
