My Mistake

Time to party.

Caterina's POV

1 month later

I was sitting in the dinning room of our house when it occurred to me. Hey I need to have a bachelorette party. I mean the wedding is tomorrow after all.

I thought about it but there were two problems. One who was gonna look after Dallas and two where will I through the party.

Just them my mom walked in the front door. Then it hit me. My mom would watch Dallas while the girls and I go to the pier.

The guys could go to a football game or go out I mean I could care less as long as they don't get into trouble.

I got out of my chair and ran to my mom. I practically passed her in the hall because I was running so fast.

"Hey mom could you watch Dallas while the girls and I go have a bachelorette sort of party."

She smiled at me and nodded yes.

"OMG mom thanks so much I love you."

I ran away to the home office and yelled to Cam that him and the boys had to go do something tonight.

"That's fine we were gonna see a game anyways."

I ran to Dallas's room all excited. I looked at him and smiled.

"Hey buddy guess who's house your staying at tonight Grandmas!"

He made a little smile. I packed his bag and picked him up. I kissed him then picked up his bag and went downstairs.

I gave the bag to mom then I gave her Dallas. He immediately smiled when he saw her.

After my mom left with Dallas I ran upstairs and texted the girls about the party and they all agreed to it.

I put on my white high waisted jeans and my floral crop top. It was one of the t-shirt crop tops. I loved it.

I drove to the pier and met the girls at the Farris wheel. The sun was just setting. It was perfect I had Brandy, Allie and Katie with me.

We walked around and then we went by some cute boys. The girls started laughing when I smiled and rolled my eyes at the whistling boys.

This was my last night of being single in a way so why not live it to the fullest. I had the best Idea in mind.

The boys were still whistling and making comments so I stopped and turned my back around lifted up my hand and said.

"Sorry boys I'm engaged."

I turned back around and we all started walking and laughing but then we heard someone.

"Yeah to the wrong guy."

I knew who it was and at that moment all of my anger came out. The girls tried calming me down but I couldn't help it.

I pushed past them and stormed in the direction of the voice and punched Chase right in the mouth.

"What the hell!"

He screamed at me. All the boys in that group were once again whistling. They were laughing that I punched Chase in the mouth.

"You left me. You left me pregnant. With our baby. Did you even love me or was it another one of the classic Chase Barrett one night stands!?"

I screamed at him and I was so mad. He was saying I wasn't engaged to the right man. The nerve of him.

I realized blood was starting to come out if his mouth. I didn't feel bad one little bit though.

I spun around and walked back over to my girls and made a hmph noise.

"Let's go ladies I don't want him ruining our night."

With that we walked away. Once we got the the food areas I got deep fried Oreos with vanilla ice cream and funnel cake with chocolate syrup.

I sat at a table crying my heart out in public eating my feelings looking like a slob and a hot mess.

Brandi kept telling me it was gonna be ok and that the girls and her were gonna get me through it by the end of the night so I would be perfect for tomorrow.

"Thank you guys. It hasn't been easy being my dad's least favorite person ,having a kid and getting married all while being 18."

"It's ok Cat were all here for you and hey your dad will come around eventually he always does."

Brandi was always such a motivational speaker. Brandi drove me home after I finished my food. She stayed and watched movies with me until I fell asleep.

I heard Cam come home and thank Brandi for taking me home and staying here with me. He finally picked me up and brought me up stairs and tucked me in bed.
