Third-Person:
Phoenix has been in this room losing her mind. With hearing her daughter screaming and crying all night for days, they have kept her there listening to her cry while getting beat and tortured for not listening to Adonis and his every order. All she could think about is how she would love to tear him limb from limb.
They have been asking her questions in regards to if she had been keeping in contact with Cyrus, yet no matter how many truthful answers she gives they still torture her as if she is lying. The worst part was they knew she was telling the truth but loved the satisfaction of breaking her beautiful skin and having blood dry on her. She thought that they were true imbeciles if they thought what happened at the mall was her so-called conversing with the enemy.
Victoria has been in the room above them screaming and crying for Phoenix but all they did to shut her up was put a collar and muzzle on her as if she's a fucking dog. Phoenix knew that when she got out of there Adonis was going to know that death holds more mercy to him than what she will do to him. However, the plan of escape had been established with Chase and Theresa who have not spoken with her on any progression to the plan.
“Phoenix we must set the plan in motion at dusk because if not we will lose our chance,” Chase said to her in a hushed tone and if she wasn't supernatural, she wouldn't have been able to hear it.
“Do you remember the plan?” Theresa asks her.
“I am fully aware of it but let's go over it just in case,” Phoenix said to them.
“Alright, so tonight me and Theresa will be the guards that will be watching over your cell and Victoria's room. Meaning tonight is our night of action thanks to Adonis being out of the realm. Theresa will be watching Victoria while I am here to get you out first,” Chase paused and my head snapped back up to his face to see him worried, but why?
“Chase is everything ok? Is it Victoria? Tell me!” Phoenix said on the verge of panicking.
“Calm down everything is fine. There was another guard passing so I had to be quiet. As I was saying after I manage to break you out of your cell we have to quickly get out of here and go upstairs to meet Theresa. By this time the other guards will be taken care of thanks to your hellhound.”
“Wait, wait, wait Nadia has been speaking with you guys about this plan? She hasn't even been speaking to me.”
Phoenix felt a pang of hurt in her heart knowing that she hadn't spoken to her but rather converse with them. Did she not care for me anymore? Was the first thing she thought but shook it away in hopes that she will get told the truth when she sees her.
