Adonis POV:
I cried, I broke into a million pieces when I felt her half of me go. I didn't want to but I had no choice, it had to be done to get where I need to be. There is always a sacrifice we must take and my daughter was one, no not one, all. My little girl Victoria. I remember the day she was born, it was the happiest day of my life. I had my wife, me, and my firstborn all in one room and it was the best feeling in the world.
Me and Phoenix were engaged for one century and had Victoria out of haste, well I forced pregnancy on her because Cyrus was becoming persistent on getting her. But even with everything, she still chose him. It angers me that ever since our youth everyone chose him like he was better than me because truth be told he really wasn't, we truly are equal in everything besides our ranks.

I took a second to drag my eyes along her figure and God was she the most gorgeous girl k have ever seen, and she is all mine to worship love and have a family with.

"Alright, I'll be back in a sec," Phoenix said then disappeared, most likely to her parents. Ever since that day, we went on countless dates but I was ready to make her mine for real. So on her birthday, August 20, I surprised her with dinner. I wore a white button-down shirt along with slacks and white shoes, I tried to keep it casual.
Yet when she walked in, I was stunned. She looked absolutely spectacular and she didn't even have anything fancy on, she was hardly trying to go all out and that's what scared me. Why? Because she is just continuously pulling me in and I'm falling fast and hard.
"Hello beautiful, are you ready?" I say as I lay a kiss onto her cheek.
"As long as I'm not being killed sure," she says with slight fear hidden in her eyes.
"Once again I will not kill you. How can I kill the other half of me? I need you to be whole just like you need me and I will kill anyone who tries to harm or take you away from me," I say on a serious note.
