I got out and closed the car door gently. I can't wait to get these things off. I don't need the strap, but I don't wanna take it off in front of Calum. We walk to the front of the car,and he leans in and pecks my cheek with his warm, plump lips. I put my hand on the lower part of his neck and pull him in for a kiss on his cheek. He laughs and the front door opens. My heart leaps out of my chest and my hand is instantly at my side.

"Lucas?" My older brother, Ben, days loudly. I breathe out in reliefe.

My brothers and I are closer than we are to our parents. Its an age and sibling thing.

"Oh? Brought a friend?" Ben says mockingly, grinning. Calum is pale and its not just the moonlight. "Well come on boys its cold out here" he adds.

"Its okay," I turn to Calum. He nods and smiles, following me inside. I close the door and take in the house. Ben is making spaghetti, my parents are relaxing on the couch watching movies. Its not perfectly spotless clean but its cozy.

My mother sits up and smiles. "Hey hun, oh my is this the Calum Hood from my too-easy Algebra? Good to see you, how's your new classes?" She starts the conversation with him and I can't help but grin. He smiles and answers softly.

"Uh its okay," he fidgets with his fingers.

"Well again good to see you hun," she gets up from my dads side and she walks over to me. "Come on," she smiles.

"I'll be right back Calum give me five minutes" I smile. He nods and I follow my mother upstairs.

"So what are you boys planning to do at 6:00?" She asks as she goes to unnattach the slip.

"He has a game at 7:30 so I'm guessing were just gonna go grab a bite or something.." I hold my breathe as she freshens my bandages. My lip still really hurts.

"Why don't you rest like a normal person?" She sighs. "I'm so worried about you."

"I'm not normal. Mum. I promise I'll be fine. Can I have five pounds?"

"Yeah hold on,  this might sting just a little" I wince as she rips off some medical tape. Once she's done, she heads into her room and hands me a twenty.

"Hey I only need five mum" I try to give it back to her, but she refuses it.

"Keep it doll" she stands in her tippytoes and kisses my forehead. "Behave yourselves,"

I go back down stairs and Calum is having a conversation about cars with my father. I find it insanely adorable on his half.

"Ahh yeah 1978" Calum smiles, and he looks up to meet my eyes.

"Hey you, ready? We got about an hour or so.." He jingles the car keys in his hand.

"Yeah, bye guys love you!" I say to everyone before exiting the house with Calum.

"Your family is cool, you know that?" He smirks as he opens the door for me. I shrug.

"Their alright," I get in and he closes the door.

"Here-" he takes his bottom lip between his teeth again and hands me a fat black case. "All the music in your selection of beautiful taste, gorgeous" he flips a light on. I open my mouth. Almost every slot was doubled.

"Oh my B.M.T.H!!" I squeal. He laughs adorably and I can't contain. I hand him the CD and he pops the other one out, placing this one in. Bring Me The Horizon plays through out the entire car and I close my eyes. I feel a hand on mine, and I quickly grasp it. I open my eyes and he turns off the light, pulling out of my drive. I nod my head slowly to the music.
