A/N: I apologise for not updating sooner but I was so pissed off at Wattpad cause I wrote this chapter and just as I pressed save and publish, it crashed and I lost the whole chapter.
Anyway, since I live in Australia, I'm finished school for the year and am now on holidays so I'll be able to update (hopefully) more often. Although I'm going away for a week on Tuesday so you wont get an update while I'm away.
Thanks, my AMAZING readers!
Lexi's POV
Fred, George, Harry and I were playing cards when Arthur Weasley welcomed an unknown man into the house. I instantly saw the threat that this man could be an imposter, and dove at him, knocking him up against the wall of the house.
"Who are you? Why are you here?" I questioned, hearing gasps from inside the house.
"If you'll just--"
"Cut the crap!"
"Lexi!" Mr Weasley scolded, trying to pull me away.
"I'm Rufus Scrimgeour, from the Ministry. As to why I'm here, I have Albus Dumbledore's will and I am to hand out specific items to a Mr Harry Potter, Mr Ronald Weasley, Miss Hermione Granger and Miss Alexandria Black," Scrimgeour said, undeterred by my yelling.
As my reputation amongst the Ministry was a little tainted, when I found out this man was from the Ministry, my mouth dropped open. I awkwardly let go of Scrimgeour and brushed off his shoulders, apologising.
"Mr Scrimgeour, I do greatly apologise for the misunderstanding that just unfolded. You see, 'He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named' and his gang of Death Eaters are after us and I wasn't sure whether you were an imposter or not,"
"It's...understandable. You are?" Scrimgeour asked, clearly already hating me.
"Alexandria Black, sir," I answered politely, holding out my hand for him to shake. Scrimgeour ignored my manners and went over to where Harry was sitting, now joined by Ron and Hermione who came once they heard their names.
"Take a seat," Scrimgeour ordered gruffly.
The four of us did and Scrimgeour reached into his blazer and pulled out an envelope.
"For Mr Ronald Weasley, a Deluminator," Ron stared at the small metal stick he'd been given ina very confused way.
"For Miss Hermione Granger, a book titled, The Tales of Beedle the Bard" Hermione's face lit up as she was handed the book and instantly started reading it.
"For Mr Harry Potter, the first Golden Snitch he ever caught," Scrimgeour handed the Snitch to Harry, who held the seemingly precious item lightly in his palm.
"And for Miss Alexandria Black," Scrimgeour raised his head to eye me angrily, "The Sword of Gryffindor. But, since it wasn't Albus' property to hand out to a child, the sword is not to be passed to you. It is, in fact, missing,"
I seethed when he called me a child but my anger turned to frustration when I found out the sword's location is unknown.
"Seriously? You don't know where the sword is?" Without answering me, Scrimgeour stood up and departed without a single word. As soon as he'd left, Fred and George piped up.
"Alexandria? That's your full name? What a bloody mouthful!" Fred said, making me laugh a little.
"Guess you got the short end of the stick with this one, Alexandria" George teased, making me dive for him, tackling him to the ground playfully. He then started tickling me, making me too weak to go up against him.
"I yield, I yield!" I managed to say between my laughing from George's tickling torture.
He stopped and I had to rub my sides, sore from George's relentless tickling.
"I'll get you someday, George Weasley," I stated, evilly eyeing him before bursting into another fit of laughter
