I needed you,
I needed you to lend me a hand and pull me out of this.
But you weren't willing to.
I was wracking up in front of you,
you were there,
but you weren't.
And you didn't even tried to be.
The waves of woe chiseled their way into my brain.
They stay there, but you don't.
The chroma left my world.
It was all black.
It was all I could ever think of,
It was all I could see.
You hiked my hopes high and then smashed them hard down.
It was not the first time.
It happened earlier too.
But that didn't eased the agony.
Now I sit here alone,
visualising what would've happened if you had stayed.
