chapter 12

i wake up in Noah's hands, a little fire was lit in the middle of the room.

turn to see Noah was awake, ed fill

"Hey" i says huskily

" hi" i say back

' i know i can't love him, it would be so awkward'

' hey Noah wanna ride to the end of the earth with me?'

i giggled to myself

"you okay?" he asks

"yeah!" i say getting up

Noah giggles, he obviously sore my cheeks flush bright pink

my eyes started filling with tears, until i couldn't take anymore, my eyes burst out with tears i fall into my hands

Noah imidiently puts his arms around me

"shit, are you okay?" he asks

i felt dumb for crying, but this was the first time i've noticed how much i'd lost.

"first my dad, then my Mum then i almost lost you" i sulk

Noah lifts my face up, putting his hands onto my cheeks

"it's okay" he says kissing my on my forehead and rapping his hands around me to give me a loving hug. i couldn't help but return the hug that i knew we both needed so badly.

"thank you" i say

i coudn't get it through my head,

'i'm starting to love him, lucky he's only a year older than me, and i just hope he feels the same about me'

it felt like we sat in that shop for hours hugging each other on the ground.

" do you think the others are okay?" i whisper

" i hope so"

"i'm gonna go to the bathroom" i say

" sure i saw one over there" he points to a door with a 'staff only' sign on it.

"okay i'll be back"

i walk into the room and into the toilets

i lied about going to the toilet, i just needed some time to vent.

"that's it" i sighed to myself

"just tell what you think about him, quit being a little bitch" i to myself

i walk out of the staff hall and walk into the little market again

"okay N-" i stopped

 i couldn't see Noah near the fire

"Noah quit joking around" i try to believed

i hear a slight shuffle behind me

"Noah there you-"

i screamed, half a face looked back at me, a walker grabbed my shoulders making me get pushed against a wall i didn't have any weapons on me, all i could do was scream.

just before the walker could bight me a knife went through it's head leaving it's body to fall onto the floor

Noah stood behind it with a knife in his hands, i couldn't help but run towards him

" did it bight you?!"

"n-no, i-i thought you were dead" i mumble into his shoulder

"i'm sorry" he says

After a couple of hours i decided i needed to blurt it out

i stood up in front of him, making him confused

"listen Noah," i say making Noah stand up as well

"yeah what?"

"uh, i don't know it's just i kind of- well a lot of- l-like you" i say

Noah just stood there

"i'm sorry just pretend i nev-"

"no" says Noah

"i wanted to tell you to but i'm to much of a bitch to tell" he says

i stood straight feeling a little More comfortable now he said that

Noah touches the side of my cheek, making a shiver go down my spine

his lips bliss against mine making me feel like nothing else in the world mattered.

of course this wasn't my first kiss but it will definitely wont be my last.

"Noah?" i ask

"I-I love you" i whisper

 "i love you to" he says bringing my body against his.

We were shocked as the doors suddenly opened revealing Tess and Katy standing there

"what the hell?" says Tess

'Tess!" i yell with both excitement and terror i run towards her to give her a hug

"you dick!"  she says pushing past me straight towards Noah

"what i wasn't good enough so now your hooking up with my sister?" she says angrily

She punches him in the face a couple of times to prove her point before i jump in between them, but my body didn't slow her down, she just pushed me out of the way and kept punching.

i took my gun out of my bag loading it and clicking the safety of, making Tess stop,

"step away from him!" i yell

Tess stepped away, i look over at Noah, he had a few good hits on his cheek. Katy ran over to him with bandages already in her hand

 "Wow, my own sister is pointing a gun at my head" says Tess, she seemed to be going a little mad but there was nothing i could do,

just as this happened Harp walked through the door

"what is going on?"

"Great! the whole gangs here!" says Tess

"Noah are you okay?" i ask him

"yeah fine" he blurts

"As soon as Noah's face is patched up were leaving" i say

"no" says Tess

i was surprised by her answer.

"thi-this is my last stop" she says

"what are you on about?" i ask

"Wait-" says Katy

"I- I think she's bitten says Katy

everyone goes silent, whilst Noah stands up

"I didn't mean for this to happe-"

"show it to me" i say cutting her off

She lifts up her shirt to show a bit mark on her hip

"oh god" says Harp turning around

Katy falls into Noah's leg

And i couldn't say anything but stare.

"whoops am i right" he says looking around

i took out hand cuffs and cuffed her to a solid metal pole

"why the hell are you doing this!" she yells

"I have no choice" i say

"No, you have a choice i might be fine just please, i might be fine" she cries her wrist already bleeding from the cuffs

"No" i mumble

"what?" sighs Tess

" i said NO!" i scream

"i've already had you threaten me, noah and Harp and i'm not having that happen again!"

Tess' face dropped.

"i'm sorry" i say

"We all are but your not coming with us!" i yell.
