Chapter Twelve

Percy's POV 

As soon as I saw the hooded figure, a scar across his eye, I realised he was my mortal enemy. 

*Voice in the background Not so mortal* 

Standing by Luke's side was an Arctic fox , not like the original, instead white and neon blue. "A beauty isn't he?" Luke says startling me. "His name is thief, to bad you can't afford one. Perched on Jason's arm was an eagle gold and silver, glistening in the sun. "Is that an eagle?" I ask.

"Yeah and he's way better than your scrawny little riptide who can't even fly. His name is Sparky." Jason says confidently. Next to leo standing proudly was a red and blue wolf, it's fur showered with glitter. "He's named after my Dragon Festus. His fur changes colour according to his mood. Now it's eating demigod time." Leo says just like his usual self. 

Flying above Zain was a ... A Griffin? Aren't they myths? It- sorry he was a light grey beautifully formed. He had an out line of mint green. "His name is Hunter. And call him a he not an it." Zain threatens. I unconsciously take a few steps back. Playing with cute Nico's hair- 

*Luke whispering*

*Nico screaming I am not cute* 

-was a phoenix fully black. (A/n I know phoenix aren't black but hey it is mine and my little sisters story) But the outline was a light blue faded into the black. "His name is Shadow, so use it." Nico simply says after the affair. Standing next to Lord Ares was a Nirek. One of the most powerful creatures. Unlike any other, his was a blood red.
"I prefer to stay like the people of the world. His name is Nirek." He bluntly explains. Next to... I can't even say his name. The Titan Of Time, was a Kiren red and gold.
"Sadly Ares told me I had no life so I named him Kiren. Nothing else came to mind you see, Demigod."
The one and only Cerberus stood panting, eyes scanning us each warily. I had never seen Cerberus before so he looked well awesome. He was a midnight black, paws sharp as a knife bits of fur were dark blue.
"As you surprisingly know, his name is -"
"Three headed dog?" I ask pleading to my self it's right.
"As usual, I stand corrected. Water is a replacement for your brain cells. His name is Cerberus."
Swimming in the depth of the sea was the one and only of its kind. A kelphi. There was no doubt it belonged to Thanatos. It was a handsome dark grey with bits of dark red making it look deadly. "As you know, I like naming things after myself can you guess what he's called?"
"Thanatos?" I ask definitely uncertain.
"No you sea vermin, it is me, Death, as in the doors of me."
A magnificent creature caught our attention. Flying high above us was a dragon. The extinct kind. Neon green and neon blue merged together tho form this creature. Powerful beats of wind nearly three Jason over board. All the animals had a powerful presence and a glowing aura. A horn blew signaling the war...
