Beyonce POV

I felt tiny fingers trailing around my face. I opened my eyes only to find Justin on Shawn's side of the bed. I looked at him and he smiled.

"Mommy are you up?" Justin said still smiling.

I giggled and sat up straight. I yawned and stretched myself. "Yes baby I'm up. What are doing here?"

"Daddy said I should keep you company while his busy preparing for the lunch with Junior and whatever person y'all invited," he said while uncovering my oversized T-shirt, exposing my belly then started rubbing it with his tiny hands.

"What are you doing?" I said giggling while looking down at him.

"I wanna feel the baby kick. Please tell me when you feel her kick," he said still rubbing my belly. He then looked up at me. "I'm sorry mommy," he said with watery eyes.

"What are you sorry for baby," I said running my fingers through his curls.

He stopped rubbing my belly then he came and knelt next to me. "I'm sorry I called you fat the other day. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings," he said sniffling.

"Its fine baby. I'm not mad," I said and I kissed his forehead. "Go downstairs. Mommy has to freshen up," I said as I was about to stand up.

"Let me help you," he said hopping out of bed and rushing to my side and grab hold of my hand.

My poor baby. I gave him the illusion that he helped me up but I was doing all of the work.

I got myself ready then I waddled downstairs to the kitchen to find Shawn making fries and some patties.

"Hey handsome," I said making myself comfortable on the kitchen island.

He turned and came to me then pecked my lips. "Hey boo."

I looked around. "Where's Junior? He better not bail on this otherwise imma kill him," I said.

Today is the day we finally get to meet up with this CC person. For the past couple of days he has been begging Shawn and I to reconsider about meeting CC.

What's that boy hiding? Junior has never begged me that much.

"Hello family," Brooklyn said frolicking into the kitchen.

"What has got you so hyped up missy?" I asked.

"For starters we are finally meeting this mysterious person Junior is dating," she said taking out an apple from the fridge. "Also, dad is making his delicious patties which means his making burgers," she said sitting next to me.

We sat in the kitchen engaging in some fun conversations with each other.

Junior POV

The day has finally come and I'm beyond nervous. I'm beyond scared at this point. In just less than four hours my whole family will finally know who I'm dating. If only I was given more time to prepare myself. Its not like I don't want my boo to meet my family, its just I'm not ready.

"Imma go outside to get some fresh air," I said to myself as I went out of my room and jogged down the stairs.

"Where are you going Corey?" my mother said as I walked pass the living room.

"Yes Corey. Where are you going?" Brooklyn said as she batted her eye lashes like it was cute.

I went over her and knocked her upside the head and she punched my chest.

"Stop it you two," my mom said and we immediately stopped. "Junior and you Brooklyn, go set up the table."

We went to set up the table.

"I can't wait to eat," Josline said as she sat on the dining room chair.

"Me two. When is this CC getting here?" Brooklyn whined.

"Mommy can I at least have one French fry," Justin whined.

"No," mom said.

"But my tummy is growling," he said rubbing his tummy.

"I said no Justin," mom said sternly.

My phone pinged.

"That better be CC," my mom said and I nodded. "You can go get CC," she said.

I went outside to find my boo coming my way.

"Hey you," my boo said pecking my lips.

"Let's go inside, my folks are waiting," I said smiling then intertwining our fingers.

We got inside with my boo behind me. "CC is here," I said and all of their heads shot up.

"Good afternoon everybody. I'm CC but you guys formally know me as Cole Collins and I'm Junior's boyfriend," he said slightly waving and smiling weakly.

The room lapsed into silence.
