Olivia's POV:
The herd stayed during my break.
Now I'm in the freezer room, sitting down.
-:- 15 minutes earlier -:-
"Hey Olivia, wanna come sit with me and my friends? You look a little lonely." Ashton said to me. Well, I was sitting at a table by myself.
"You can go sit by yourself with your pathetic friends." I replied as I unlocked my phone.
"Please come, you look lonely..." He argued.
"NO!" I said sternly.
Ashton, looking a little disappointed, crossed the shop to his friends.
About 2 minutes later, Calum started laughing and pointing his finger at me. Michael started snickering at me while I took a very unflattering selfie for my story on Snapchat.
Calum and Michael walked over to me.
"Your face looks hideous like that. Oh wait, your face is already hideous." Calum chuckled as if it was a joke.
"Well that was rude." I said, trying to act as if I didn't care when I felt a tear slip out of my eye.
"Ha! No one says 'that was rude '" Michael mimicked me.
"Your hair is so ugly!" Calum said.
"Why isn't it talking?" Calum asked Michael.
"It's probably a ghost or something."
"Shut up." I said.
"Omfg she talks!" Michael said.
"I said shut up!"
Michael went over to the froyo dispenser and grabbed a cup. He filled it to the rim with a flavor I couldn't see through the tears in my eyes.
"Wh-what are you doing?" I muttered.
"This," Michael turned the froyo cup over on top of my head.
It was cold.
It ran through my hair down to my scalp. I got goosebumps.
I ran into the freezer room. It was the only place to hide. I didn't care that it was literally freezing in there and I was wearing shorts. I just wanted to get away away from them.
As I looked back, I saw the tall guy eating his frozen yogurt. It seemed as if he was completely oblivious to everything that just happened.
On the other hand, Calum and Michael were looking at me with hate as I tugged the heavy door of the freezer open.
When I closed the door behind me, I was met with a rush of shockingly cold air. I sat down in a corner and just bawled.
Ashton's POV:
I had just finished sweeping the rug by the front door. I went back inside to ask Olivia what I should do next.
I couldn't find her, so I decided to ask the boys where she was.
"Hey where's Olivia?" I asked Luke.
"Idk but Michael and Calum said something. I wasn't listening," Luke said carelessly.
"Really?"
"Whaaaaat?" Luke asked, holding out the a.
"So you hear me singing in the shower, but you don't hear what Michael and Calum said to someone 10 feet away?"
"Hm?" Luke replied, looking confused.
I sighed and then went to the storage room where our cups, napkins, etc was.
She wasn't in there.I went over to the freezer room and cracked the door open. I found her there, sitting down and her head in her arms, which were propped up on her knees.
I looked behind me to find Michael and Calum casually talking to Luke.
"What did you do to Olivia?" I demanded as I stormed over there.
"You know, just lightly joked around with her." was Calum's answer.
I shot them a glance, making sure they felt bad, before going to the freezer room to talk to Olivia.
