Chapter 7

Jughead POV

"He's my baby" I say

"What do you mean" Betty says

"Okay like two or three years ago I dated a girl named Ethel. That's what the guys make fun of me for. Anyways we did it multiple times. But she said she was on the pill but I wanted to make sure so I was gonna still use protection. But she said she was sure I don't need to so I didn't. Then a couple weeks later I saw her kissing another guy and we had a fight and we split. And I haven't heard from her since now." I say

"So you are a daddy Jug" Betty squeals And kisses my cheek.

"You still want to be with me I have a baby." I say

"Yeah Juggie I don't care if you have 50 kids I want to be with you." I smile and kiss her.

"Oh what will Matt say he might kick me out"I say and run my hand through my hair.

"Babe he won't kick you out I promise you" she says and puts Toby in his car seat again.

"And tomorrow Julian is coming over for the week."I say.

"I'll ask if I can get all my work for the week and stay home." She says

"No baby Matt won't allow it"

"I don't care I wanna help you so let's put your son in our room and look through h this stuff to see what he has."she says

"His name is Toby" I say and we put him in our bed.

Betty POV

Once we got back into the living room. I opened a bag and saw some diapers.

"We have.... 4 diapers. So we need to buy more." I put the diapers on the coffee table.

"He has one pair of jeans and two T-shirts. So we need to go clothes shopping."he sighs and leans back on the  couch. I snuggle up to him and put my head on his chest.

"It's okay baby I'll help you Matt might help. It's all gonna be okay" I look up at him and he kissed me.

"MAMA!!" Toby starts screaming and crying. Me and Jug go to the room and see him sitting up on the bed and crying.
Jug picks him up and I turn the light on.

"Hey hey it's okay" he says swaying with him to calm down. But it doesn't work.

"Betty what do I do" he says

"Uhh...play with his hair like how I do to you"I say

"Well maybe you should do it" he hands me Toby. I sit down on the bed and play with his hair. And he calms down a little and he starts to suck his thumb.

"So he's just like you." I say

"Yeah we're the best" Jug says

"Hopefully you guys don't have the same appetite."I say and rub Toby's back.

"Where mama"Toby says.

"You're mama went bye-bye but you're here with your dada" he says.

"Are you hungry" he nods.

"Well I'll give you a bath and then we'll eat" I say.

"Jug make some thing to eat" I say and he walks to the kitchen.

I turn the bath on and get the water ready. Then I get Toby undressed. And I see that he is really skinny. How long were they not eating? I sit him in the tub and he starts squealing and giggling.

"You like the water don't you" I say giggling. I wash his face and his hair. He has really curly hair. Then I wash his body. Then I get him out of the tub. I dry him and put lotion on him. Then I put a diaper on him and one of his shirts.

"Okay ready to eat" I say and he nods his head.

I hold his hand and walk to the kitchen. Jughead was putting some Mac 'n' Cheese in bowls.

"Juggie he's all washed and ready to eat."I say

"uhh we don't have a high chair so we have to eat on the couch" he says and brings our plates to the living room.

While we were eating Matthew walked in.
"Hey guys.... who's baby is that"He says and walks into the kitchen.

"Jughead's" I say

"What how is it Jugs"he says and sits on the couch and starts eating.

"Me and Ethel had a kid and this is the kid."

"Aw she's so cute" Matt says

"He's a boy" Jug says

"He's so cute" he says
