'Ok, Eren.' Eren took a deep breath as the thoughts raced though his mind. 'Today, you will do it. Here we go!' With another breath, Eren exited his room, nervously playing with his messy hair. He headed to Annie's room with hope that this would go his way.
Annie laid on her bed, this was one of the rare moments she was actually peaceful. That was until there came a knock at the door. "What?" Annie answered with her usual tone.
"Umm... It's Eren. Can I come it?" Eren responded, his voice trembling from the nerves.
"What do you want?"
"I... I need to tell you something." Eren heard a sigh from inside the room.
"Fine. But be quick."
"Ok." Eren entered the room to find Annie laying on her bed, staring up at the ceiling.
"What do you want?" Annie didn't shift a muscle from her position.
"Can I... Sit next to you?"
"Why?"
"I need to tell you something."
"You can tell me from there."
"O-ok." 'This doesn't look like it's going amywhere.' Eren thought. He took a deep breath. "I... I think that..."
"Get it out, Jeager."
"I..." Another deep breath. 'Fuck it.' "I think that your pretty!" Annie, still not having moved, flicked a quick glance at Eren, her sparkling blue eyes caused a slight blush on Eren's face.
"And?"
"Wha... I..."
"Get over yourself."
"But I..."
"So what? You just want me for my body? Because I'm just 'pretty'. You make me sick."
"Sor..."
"Get out."
"Annie just..."
"Get. Out. Now." With that, Eren left the room with crushed dreams and a broken heart.
