The Coffee Shop [DISCONTINUED]

For the next few days, Komaeda helped Kirigiri on the case of the murderous fiend. A week in, he went to go grocery shopping when he witnessed something horrid.

Komaeda walked into the store, and happened to saw Hinata there too. He walked over to him and called his name, and he got an immediate response. "Hey, Nagito! Missed ya!" Hinata gave Komaeda a kiss on the forehead.

Komaeda chuckled, then ruffled Hinata's hair. "I missed you too, love." Hinata blushed at the sudden nickname that Komaeda gave him, then they shopped together.

They ended up going to countless stores, and when the day ended, and it was time to say goodbye, Komaeda was walking Hinata home, when they had witnessed something.

Komaeda looked into an alleyway, spaced out, when he snapped back into reality and stopped dead in his tracks. He saw a murder take place.

Komaeda screamed, and Hinata looked at him, worried. The man looked over at them. He had long, black hair, almost touching the floor. The man had blood red eyes that looked around with sharp glances as he switched his eyes between the two boys.

Komaeda immediately recognized him. 'Death To Despair', was the killer's name. He quickly took a picture and sent it to the police, when Hinata stayed there, frozen in fear.

The man with the blood red eyes quickly ran to Hinata and dropped the knife close to his proximity and ran. Hinata, curious, bent down and grabbed the knife, fiddling with it in his hands. "Hinata, drop it the kni—" But it was too late, the cops already showed up and said their usual thing.

Hinata was arrested on suspicion, having seen no evidence on whether he actually did it. While they took him away, struggling to let go of the police's grasp, he looked over at Komaeda and mouthed the words I love you.

Komaeda did the same.
