Courkong- Happy Ending..?

This was it, that battle against Hun Dun had been won. Liuer and the children were all taken home safely.
There was just one more person Sun Wukong needed to talk to before he went home himself..

"Hey.. Wake up.. Hey.. C'mon.. Wake up." Courtney heard, as she was waking back up. She opened her eyes to see it was Sun Wukong.
"Finally." He said, sounding relieved.
She paused before asking, "Dasheng.. Where are we?"
"Chang'an." He answered.
"Chang'an? Does that mean.. Liuer and the other children are safe? What about Zhu Baije?" Courtney asked, sounding little worried.
"Don't worry, they're all safe and sound." Wukong reassures her. She smiles at him, "Alright, if you say so."

Sun Wukong then leaps onto his cloud. "Dasheng?" Courtney questions, but before she can continue, "Just call me Sun Wukong." He tells her, smile on his face.
She smile back at him before asking, "Alright, Sun Wukong.. Are you heading back home aswell?"

"Well, I was buried for 500 years. Maybe I'll have dinner with my brothers on Mount HuaGuo." He explains, kneeling down in front of her. She then realizes that his home is pretty far away, and begins to question to herself if she will ever see him again. Seeing as how that was unlikely, this upset her, but she tries not to let it show.
Instead, she smiles and looks back up at him and asks,"Will I ever see you again?"
"If I feel like it!" He exclaims, riding off past the mountains.
"Wha- Wait!" She yells out, but then realizes he must've been too far away to hear her.
Just as she was about to walk away, "Here." She hears his voice. She looks ups to see a Sun Wukong doll. She hesitantly takes the doll into her hands. She then looks down at the doll and softy smiles.

But before she could thank him, he was gone.

At least, she had something to remember him by, til the next time they cross paths.
