Chapter five

The next few months go by so quickly it seems there is still no sign of any of the Cullen's returning and all Bella does is stay in her room.

She's different now. She's so much quieter then she used to be and everyday she seems to get worse when it makes me so angry to see her like this and so angry at Edward for leaving her. She kept getting nightmares and would wake up screaming, she stopped sitting with us at lunch anymore she just sits at the empty table where the Cullen's used to sit and stares off into the distance.

At first She would hang out with us on occasion but she wouldn't really be all there and she started to go out and see Jacob more which I thought was good for her as I didn't want her to be on her own as much as she had been these last few months.

One night while she was out and dad was at work a car pulled up and a figure stepped out, a very familiar figure.

Alice.

I opened the door and there she was before me she looked me in the eyes and pulled me into a very tight hug I instantly hugged her back for a few moments until we pulled away "what are you doing here? Is everything alright?" I look at her whilst she looks around the room until her eyes land back to me. "It should be me that's asking you if your okay with everything that you've been through." I look at her in confusion for a moment until the door opens and Bella walks in.

Alice gasps and looks at Bella as if she had seen a ghost whilst Bella looks at her in shock Bella runs up to Alice and hugs her and they sit down to talk. We find out that Alice had a vision of Bella jumping off of a cliff into the sea,which I was not happy about upon learning that, and told us that she believed that Bella had died and also believes that Edward thinks so too.

After a while of talking Jacob walks in and Alice soon leaves the room whilst they talk the phone rings I go to pick it up but Jacob gets to it first "Hello Swan residence, Charlie and Sofia aren't here right now there planning a funeral." He than hangs up the phone and slams it back on the wall "who was that?" I asked looking at Jacob.
"Who was that?" Bella asked this time. But before Jacob could say anything Alice walked back into the room a distraught look in her face. "Bella it's Edward he thinks you dead he's gonna go to the Volturi he wants to die too"

Bella and I have shocked looks on our faces but Bella goes to pack and I was not going to let her go on her own so I start packing too just a change of clothes and simple things that I picked up quickly as we leave Jacob begs Bella not to leave but we both get in the car.

After a couple of hours we end up in Italy Alice speeding through the streets until she is stopped by police there are hundreds of people waking the streets for the festival all wearing crimson robes. Bella has I get out of the car and start running through the streets dodging people with only minutes to go we sprint through as we get to Edward we see him about to reveal himself to the people at the festival we run towards him Bella going straight through the fountain causing many confused faces as I simple run around the fountain avoiding getting my clothes soaked and also receiving the same strange looks.

We approach him just in time Bella assuring Edward that she was in fact alive then two figures start to approach from down the long hallway one taller than the other I keep my eyes to the ground not daring to look them in the face  Edward decides to send us off to the festival but they ask us to stay and Alice joins us.

Not a moment later a girl walks up to us her hells clicking against the marble floor. The three vampires lead us into a very familiar hall where we are greeted by three older looking vampires sat upon thrones.

The man sat in the middle stands and walks over to us his long hair flowing down to his shoulders a childlike look on his face. He reads Edwards thoughts and knows everything about him he also finds out that Edwards mind reading abilities do not seem to work on Bella which seems to fascinate him. He then proceeds to try and read Bella thought but fails she is tested against the young blonde girls powers but they seem to fail also.

After a while they decide that Bella and I know to much and go to lunge for us to attack but Edward stops the tall one from getting to Bella they fight as I look around to face the shorter male who was already running for me I gasp in surprise and finally look up into his eyes as he grasps me around the waist we look at each other in shock his eyes turn gentle as I realise. 

It's him.

The man that I had been dreaming about for months was standing in front of me his strange blood red eyes now finally making sense. He was here standing in front of me.
