Irina, having possessed a human as she is unable to use magic solely in her cat form, taken the name IR, has possession of a few vessels of sin. She travels to the Beelezinian territory of Asmodean to find a man, Duke Venomania who would be contracted to the demon of lust. However, she gets there and finds Cherubim, the oldest son of the Venomania family. He is about to kill himself, after committing family homicide. He'd been ridiculed all his life for a facial deformity, and as such, killed everyone in his home. IR offers him the ability to change what he did, and he stabs himself with the sword of lust, making a demonic contraction. He takes the face of his handsome younger brother, losing some of his memories, and builds a harem, as to keep up his demonic power, needs to engage in sexual activity with the opposite gender. The harem has women from all over the world. A few include Lukana Octo, a local tailor, Mikulia Greenio, the granddaughter of one of Eve's first contractors whom Eve had influenced to share her appearance, Maylis Beelzinia a Beelzinian royal who later is the ancestor of Banica Conchitas mother and Gumina Glassared, a childhood friend who Cherubim had been in love with, and the eventual ancestor to Banica Conchitas father. She had scorned Cherubim after fears that his brother was going to kill him through suspicion that Gumina loved him, instead of Sateriasis, the younger brother she was engaged too. During this, IR gives Mikulia a doll in her likeness. Eve chose the doll as her vessel. Yufina Marlon, a princess of the Marlon country is captured by Venomania and her lover Karchess Crim goes to rescue her. Note: every character portrayed by Kaito beyond this point, excluding Adam and Karchess are descended from her. Karchess disguises himself as Elluka Clockworker who had previously visited the mansion and attempted to stop the Duke. When the duke embraced him, Karchess stabbed the duke with a blade that was a transformed Grim the End, the golden key of wrath that Yufina had given him as a keepsake. The duke died and all the women were released from the spell. In the immediate aftermath, 3 women were discovered pregnant with the duke's children, which had been IRs goal all along, to create more HERs. Elluka swapped bodies with Lukana, who wanted to raise her child without being known as an ex harem member. As a result, Elluka gained the ability of Purple dream, a Octo family power in which gives the user prophetic, albet cryptic dreams of the future or past. The other 2 pregnant women were Mikulia and Princess Maylis. Maylis and her family passed the child onto the noble Conchitas to raise, while Mikulia worked as a prostitute afterward until she died in childbirth.

Gumina revealed to Elluka, who she believed to be Lukana due to the body swap, that she did in fact love Cherubim, as she repeatedly painted him, which he took as scorn.

EC 141-150

Mikulia, after the events of Venomania, began work as a prostitute, seen as unfit to do "pure" work. She gave birth to her son but died in childbirth. Through the contract she made with Eve, Eve took over Mikulias body, and due to her Hypnosis spell, she ended up believing that she was Mikulia. She became a florist, know as Flower of the Plateau and had a passing lord marry her, whom she fell in love with, due to him sharing a close resemblance to Adam. One day, a man comes through and recognizes her as the prostitute from before. She kills him and throws him down a well, then when Mikulas son comes along 3 years later, looking for the mother that "abandoned" him, Eve kills him and throws him in the well too. She then used Gift to kill her husband, and 'died', meaning that Eve returned to her senses and to her Vessel.
