Everybody was frantically getting ready. But, it wasn't for anything necessarily important; we all decided to do our own thing tonight. Mom, dad, and Nick were going out to eat and then to go shop around for a little bit, while Adam, Al, Jamie, and I were going out to eat somewhere else, and then to go do something that hadn't been planned out yet.

I wanted to look.. sexy, (somewhat), so I curled my hair and dressed in a way that I hadn't really dressed before. I was showing a little more skin than I normally do.. I had on a little bit more makeup (not too much), and overall, I just looked different. But, I didn't personally think it was a bad thing.

Jamie was wearing his tight jeans, along with his black leather Timberland boots, a grey T-shirt; which fit his body entirely too well, and a beanie. He was also wearing his glasses, which he only wore whenever he didn't want to go through the trouble of wearing contacts. He shaved his face as soon as he got out of the shower earlier, so his face was freshly smooth. He took one look at me after he finished getting ready, and didn't take his eyes off me. "What?" I asked, laughing lightly.

"Nothing." He said, walking towards me, grabbing hold of my waist and pulling me to his chest. "You look hot." He whispered in my ear, leaning in and kissing right below my earlobe. I shut my eyes and grabbed his biceps as he left a trail of kisses down my neck, soon being interrupted by my mom. Of course.

"Alright," Mom yelled to all four of us as they headed out the door. "We'll see you later, everyone be careful." I stopped Jamie long enough to run out of the bedroom to hug all three of them, and bid them farewell.

"Love you guys." I said as they walked away. I soon shut the door and plopped back on to the bed when I walked back. Jamie and I were waiting on Adam and Al to finish. I rested my arm against my forehead as I laid down, letting out a long sigh.

"You exhausted?" Jamie asked, laying down beside of me. I rolled over to face him.

"Kind of.." I replied. He looked at me, reading my facial expression at the best of ability. "Worried, really.."

"Why?"

"Because of," I then stopped myself, only to make sure that neither of them could hear me. "..because of them. I keep thinking there's something going on between them, and the thought won't go away.. no matter how hard I try."

Jamie was about to respond when both Allie and Adam walked into the room. "You guys ready?" He asked us.

I nodded, only to have Jamie lightly take hold of my arm. "Give us a second." They nodded, and we walked out of the bedroom, through the whole suite, and into the hallway. He grabbed a key card off of the counter and shut the door behind him.

"Beth, even if there is something going on with them, wouldn't you be excited?"

I thought about it, and the thought only made me even more mad. "Look.. I love Allie to death. She's been there every step of the way, and I couldn't imagine my life without her," I looked down. "I just don't want her to hurt him.. I know how she is; she can't keep a boyfriend, Jamie." I looked back up to see him looking at me emotionless. "Every boyfriend she's ever had has been used.. cheated on.. lied to.. and I don't want her doing that to Adam. It would kill me if I ever found out they were dating.." I looked away and sighed. "I sound so selfish."

He then reached for my chin, tilting my head up toward him. "No, baby, you don't." He reassured me. "If anything, you sound like you care a lot. And that's the important thing." He then leaned down and kissed me softly. "If there is something going on, you have every right to be mad. And you have every right to yell and scream, go on a rampage, do whatever. And I'm here for you as you do it." I lightly laughed. "But, just remember that if they make each other happy, they deserve a chance to explain, okay?"
