Here they were again. Back at Ashton's house, no where near to figuring out where Victor was. But they weren't going to tell Luke that, they needed him to be as calm as possible. Luke as always, sat on the couch with Ashton's mum, who was currently showing him baby photos. It helped ease his nerves as he was bouncing his leg uncontrollably before.

Luke would update Andrew every time something like this happens, whenever they would meet at Ashton's parents house, and whatever they talk about. But just to be safe, Luke told him to stay at David's for as long as he could. Just until things settled because he was always afraid of something happening to him.

"Do you want anything to eat? Drink maybe?" She asked, Luke denied politely as always. She frowned, but continued with the photos. Truth is, Luke couldn't eat, his appetite was just not there most days. He was nervous and scared. Scared for him and for Ashton. He didn't know what the outcome was going to be and that scared him.

"So, are you guys going to prom?" She asked, pulling him out of his thoughts. "I'm not sure. I think it would be very fun, but with everything going on I'm not sure if we can."

"Nonsense, I'll talk to the guys and see what we can do. Last thing I want was for you to not go to prom because of their past." Luke smiled at her words, it was nice of her. That's one of the things he loved about Ashton's mum. "But are you sure you don't want anything to eat? I don't mind making you anything Luke." She asked again. "I'm sure. Thank you." She nodded and left to the kitchen.

Soon, Ashton came walking in, sitting where she sat previously. "I knew she would show you my baby pictures." He laughed seeing the open album on the coffee table. "They're so cute." Luke cooed looking at some more as he flipped through the pages.

As he was, Ashton kept looking at him intently, smiling more whenever Luke smiled seeing a cute picture he really liked. "Luke." He started which caught his attention. "Eat something. Please."

"I already told your mum I was fine. I'm not hungry Ash." He frowned. "I know baby, I know, but you never eat when you're here. And we're here for hours. I know you're hungry. But I also know something's going on in your mind. Tell me." Luke sighed as Ashton put his hand on top of his putting the photo album to the side while closing it.

"I'm just scared. For you and for me. I don't know what's gonna come next, I don't know if that guy is ever gonna show up again and if he does then what?" He paused taking in a shaky breath while playing with Ashton's fingers subconsciously. "And I know you'll do everything you can to stop it, but I'm just really afraid of losing you."

"It's alright to be scared. If we're being honest, I am too. No one knows what's gonna come next, but that's life. It sucks, but that's how it is. But if he ever shows up again, we'll be ready and make sure he's gone for good this time. Okay?" Ashton assured. Luke nodded. "Let me make you something to eat." He stood up holding his hand out for Luke to grab.

"So, what's this I hear about prom?" Ashton spoke after a while as he prepared the food for him. Luke blushed,"Oh, um, i-it's nothing. Don't worry about it." Ashton didn't believe that at all. "Do you want to go to prom?" Luke shyly nodded. "Alright. If it's prom you want then prom you get. But, I'll ask you the right way, don't you worry."

They were going to continue their conversation, but Ashton's dad called him. Hearing that phone ring again gave Luke major anxiety. Any time it rang. Nothing good can ever come from that stupid house phone.

"Wouldn't it be a shame if something were to happen to your precious Luke. Now, I want him dead more than ever. You killed the only family I've ever had, and I loved them a whole lot, you'll feel how I felt like Ashton. You'll soon know how it felt watching the one you love most die right in front of you and not being able to do anything about it. See you real soon Luke."
