Wait (Lashton)

At school Luke could feel everyone's stares and hears everyone's whispers. He didn't like it, he hated when all of the attention was on him, but luckily school was about to end so he didn't have to put up with it for much longer. What was weird for Ashton is now all of a sudden guys and girls are trying to get at him, as if he's not dating Luke.

Luke figured Ashton's teammates were okay with them dating because they haven't confronted him about it, there was only one person that went to talk to him. Which was Ricky. Ricky surprised him at his locker when his back was facing towards him. Scaring Luke when he slammed his hand against the lockers.

"So, Ashton's pretty whipped for you huh?" He asked, leaning up against the lockers. "I-I guess he just likes me that much." Ricky snickered,"Please. He doesn't like you. He's using you. I should know." Luke shook his head, ignoring him. He closed his locker and headed outside to wait for Ashton. That didn't stop Ricky though.

"Who would want to date you. Look at yourself. You're ugly and pathetic. Like think about it. Why would Ashton, a hot popular guy would want to date you, a pathetic loser. It doesn't make sense." Ricky pressed. "Just leave us alone." Luke pushed passed him but Ricky grabbed his wrists tightly. "I'm gonna say this one more time. Leave. Him. Alone." He growled, tightening his grip. "S-stop. You're hurting me."

Ricky pushed him down to the ground causing his books to go everywhere. "Good." He spat. "Maybe next time you'll listen to me." Luke quickly hurried to pick up his things as the bell ring. He couldn't have everyone staring at him. So Luke waited for Ashton and soon enough he came.

"Hi babe." Ashton greeted with a big smile. "Babe?" The curly haired boy nodded,"Yes, we're dating now I get to call you all those cute names." Luke bit back a smile,"I've never had anyone call me those before." That made Ashton grin more. "But I also get to do this." He then pressed his lips onto Luke's giving him a longing kiss. Luke's face turned bright red, he's definitely not used to that.

"So, what're our plans for the rest of the day?" Ashton asked locking their hands as they walked towards his car. "I was just gonna go home and study." He shrugged. "You study enough as it is. Lets go get a slurpee." Ashton suggested to which Luke nodded happily with a smile. "I really think I should go home study though." The stubborn boy only shook his head once more and insisted they go get a slurpee.

"Ash, I really don't think you should've bought me all that." They both went to Luke's house, but only for Ashton to drop him off. He had to head home. "If it's for you then I'd do anything." Luke blushed fiercely, while Ashton proudly smirked. "Alright I have to run. Call me if anything happens." He quickly pecked his lips as Luke waved bye. He went to his room pulling out his homework and textbooks.

"Luke?" His Dad called, shutting the door. "Up here!" He answered. Luke heard his dads footsteps and soon he entered the room. "Guess what?" He smiled. "I got my job back!"'Andrew practically squealed. "Which one was it again?"

"The Clifford hotel. Though I don't know how long I'll keep it. The boss doesn't really seem to be fond of me that much." Andrew shrugged. "You have to give him time to get used to you. He'll love you." Andrew smiled. Luke brought his stuff down to keep his dad company while he made dinner. Andrew loved spending time with Luke and knowing what he's up to because with all his jobs he barely has time for his son anymore.

Then there was a knock at the door. They both have each other confused looks as Luke went to go see who it was. It was Ashton. "Ashton? What are you doing here? Is something wrong?" He asked. Ashton's eyes were all red. "Baby! Hiiiiiii! How are you!?" Ashton giggled. "Are you high right now?" Luke angrily whispered. He only giggled again with a nod. "You cannot be serious right now." He let out a groan.
