Wedding Bells

It has been three days since we were in the meadow, he has finally got all of his stuff in our apartment again. I'm so happy I have my Rick back, we already started to make wedding plans. I'm so excited for the wedding, it's only a month away.

Angela walked into the kitchen to find Rick on the phone with a baker. Rick was telling the baker, "I need a large cake, three layers. I want the wording to say "Forever & Always" in quotation marks and use a symbol meaning and." The baker on the other end said, "Will do." Then he hung up. Rick turned around and smiled at her. She smiled at him and said, "good morning honey." He chased her into the bedroom and they fooled around for an entire hour. [S??]

Tomorrow was Monday and Angela was going to have to go back to work, she was already dreading it; she didn't want to be away from Rick. She looked at him and said, "I wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow." He asked, "why?" She replied, "Because that means I'll be away from you." He smiled to her and said, "I'll take you out to lunch. I will be near to make sure you stay safe darling." She smiled and began to kiss him from his lips to his jaw and fooling around one more time.

The Next Day: Monday

Rick grabbed his keys and they walked out to the parking lot to his car. He asked her, "What floor of the building do you work on?" She replied, "my office is on the third floor." He told her, "All I need you to do is open your window in your office first thing, if there is something wrong I'll be in their in a flash." She just replied, "Okay honey." He opened the door for her and closed it when she got inside. He got in the car and took off towards her work place. 

Ten minutes later, they had arrived at the New York's Times building. He stopped the car in front of the building. As a gentle men, he got out of the car and open the door for her. When she got out, he gave her a kiss on the lips and whispered, "I'll be by your window in a minute." He got back in the car and took off to park the car.

She walked up the steps and entered the building. Everyone stiffened as she walked in except for Marcy, she knew it was Rick's scent. Everyone turned back to what they were doing. Marcy just smiled at Angela, she was happy Angela found her boy friend again. Marcy had been tracking him for weeks, but the trail went dead every time. Marcy was wondering how she found him without her help. 

Angela walked up the two flight of stairs and turned right, she headed straight into her office. She sat her stuff on her desk and walked over to the window to open it. She looked out the window, she didn't see him. She called out, "Rick, where are you?" She heard him say, "I'm still scaling the building." She looked down and saw him only thirteen feet way. She smiled at him and said, "okay." 

Suddenly her boss came in, Rick caught the scent and jumped through the open window. Both of them were in a crouch position and were growling at each other. She yelled at Rick, "Stop it Rick! He's my boss!" Her boss was out of his crouch and said, "Sorry, I didn't know you were her boyfriend." Lucas held out his hand and they shook hands. Her boss told her, "He can stay in here, he's acting like a body guard." Rick walked over to the window and closed it. Her boss left her to get started on her work.

Angela turned to Rick and said, "There's something I need to tell you." He asked, "What is it that you need to tell me?" She took a few deep breathes before saying, "I'm the only human working here, the rest are vampires." He had a shocked look on his face. It took him a few minutes before he could ask, "Are any of them human drinkers?" She replied, "no, all of them are animal drinkers." He was relieved he replied, "that's good." Rest of the time he was silent and watched her for the rest of the time.

Two Weeks Later

My god the time has gone by so fast. Yesterday Margaret and Debra went with me to help me find a wedding dress. I got the most beautiful one I had ever seen in my life. The Marriage license just arrived today. I am all set for mine and Rick's big day.
