He Saved Me

The Unknown

On the fifth day back from the honeymoon, Angela noticed she was starting to put on weight. She just dismiss it as gaining weight from the honeymoon. A week later she notice she had gain some more weight. She lifted up her shirt to look at her stomach, she had a baby bump. She yelled, "Rick can you come in here." Within  a second he was in the room asking, "What's wrong darling?" She turned around and told him with a smile, "I'm pregnant." He asked her, "How do you know?" She told him, "Look at my stomach." He lifted up her shirt and looked at her stomach, he saw something move. He looked at her and asked, "Did the baby just kick?" She looked at him and said, "yes, it did."

Suddenly he said, "How can it be kicking already? You think that would happen third of the way through the pregnancy." She told him, "It not going to be a human baby Rick, It will be half human and half vampire. He turned to her and asked, "How do you know this?" She replied, "I had a dream about this or maybe it was a vision." He asked, "Did the dream or vision tell you how long the pregnancy was going to last?" She responded, "yes, it will last about a month and a half." Then she told him, "I saw you delivering the baby." He was starting to stress out  after she said that.

She looked at the clock and realized, they had to be at work in fifteen minutes. She turned to him and said, "If we don't leave now, we're going to be late for work." Rick told her, "we won't make by car, there's too much traffic. We have to run on top of buildings." They left through the living room window and climbed the building. When they reached the roof, Angela got on his back. Rick began to run across the top of the buildings, five minutes later they reached the building. They climbed down to her office window and climbed in.

Rick went to ask around if anyone knew anything about humans getting pregnant by vampires and how the pregnancy would go. A few minutes later Rick came back with Marcy. She asked Angela, "Are you pregnant?" With a smile Angela replied, "yes, I am." Marcy had a sad look on her face before saying, "You have to get rid of it Angela." Angela got angry and shouted, "I'm not going to get an abortion, I'm keeping it." Marcy said flatly, "It will kill you, no human can survive the pregnancy of one like this." Angela replied, "I'm no normal human Marcy, I can kill vampires for goodness sake. "Don't you remember?" Marcy replied, "ya, I remember." Then Angela said, "I will be changed after I give birth. I will be changed into a vampire. I know I will survive the pregnancy, I have seen it."

Three weeks later

Angela screamed out in pain, when the baby kicked it broke a rib. Rick rushed into the bathroom and asked, "What happened? What's wrong?" She told him in between breathes, "I have... a..sharp pain...in my...ribs." He told her, "I think I should take you to the hospital." He lifted her up in his arms and carried her to the car. He set her in the front seat, strapped her in, and took off speeding to the hospital.

When they got to the hospital, he carried her inside and walked to the front desk. He told the nurse, "She needs to see Dr. Hopkins Immediately." The nurse just nodded her head and said over the intercom, "Dr. Hopkins please report down to the front desk immediately." Half a minute later Dr. Hopkins appeared at the front desk. When he saw Angela in Rick arms, he motioned for them to follow him. They walked down a long hallway and walked into the last room. He told Rick, "set her on the table." After Rick set her on the table, Dr. Hopkins asked, "What's wrong with her?" Rick replied, "She's having sharp pain in her ribs so bad it made her scream. She is also pregnant." Dr. Hopkins thought for a moment and said, "the baby probably kicked the ribs and probably broke a rib or more. I'll have to get a scan done." Rick asked the doctor, "Can this happen in a normal pregnancy?" Dr. Hopkins replied, "yes, it can." Dr. Hopkins lifted her off the table and started to carry her to the ex-ray room. He told Rick, "you'll have to wait in the room, I'll be back with her soon." 

After about fifteen minutes of waiting, Rick could hear Dr. Hopkins carrying Angela. He set Angela on the table, she was still unconscious. The doctor told him, "The result won't be in until an half an hour later." Fifteen minutes later, Angela woke up and asked, "Where am I?" Rick told her, "We're at the hospital." She sat up suddenly and said, "I think I'm going to throw up." She rushed to the garbage can and started throwing up.

Dr. Hopkins came in the room fifteen minutes later, he had the ex-ray scan in his hands. He put them on the board and turned the light up. Dr. Hopkins started saying, "If you look at this image you can see the bone here is detached. Angela you have a broken rib. I recommend you stay off your feet for the rest of the day. I'm sorry,  but I can't give you anything for it because of the pregnancy." Angela just nodded yes in response. Then Angela and Rick left the hospital and headed back home.

Three weeks later

Angela body began to twist in pain, she screamed for Rick. He camed to her and asked, "What's wrong darling?" She screamed, "It hurts!" He rushed to the phone and dialed Marcy's cell phone number. It rang only once, she asked, "What is it Rick?" He replied, "She's in extreme pain, I think its time for the baby to come out." Marcy replied, "I'll be there in a little bit."

Five minutes later, Marcy came in through the window. She walked into the bedroom and told Rick, "It's time." Rick went into the kitchen to find a knife, the only way to get the baby out of her. Marcy went into the bathroom and brought in a bunch of white towels. She laid a few of them under Angela to keep the blood from getting on the bed.

 Suddenly Rick came in the room with a knife, he said, "Angela, I have to make a cision in you to get the baby out of you." He turned to Marcy and said, "I'll need you to hold her down." Marcy put her hand on Angela's arms and held her down, so she couldn't move a musle. Rick began to make a cision in her stomach, she began to scream in pain. He stopped when the cision was big enough. He stuck his hand in and took the baby out. He  told Angela, "It's a baby girl." Then he asked her, "would you like to hold her?" She replied, "yes, I would love to." The handed her the baby and she held it close to her. 

Out of nowhere the baby bit her on the chest and began crying. Marcy took the baby from her and took it to the living room. When Rick look back at Angela she was unconscious.
