Russia POV

I awoke to the sound of my alarm clock in my ear. I groaned and moved to turn it off, resisting the urge to throw it out my window. I slid out of bed and checked my phone. I had gotten a few new texts last night from the group chat; everyone who had texted was screaming about how Soviet lived.

I left my room and headed for the stairs. On my way, Uzbekistan passed me and said good morning. I went downstairs and into the dining room to see if Kazakhstan made breakfast already. Belarus and Estonia sat at the table eating kasha, and occasionally I could catch a glimpse of Kazakhstan's feathers in the kitchen.

"Добрай раніцы (Good morning) Russia," Belarus waved to me, "How are you?"

"Tired and hungry." I responded, sitting next to her and yawning.

"Kazakhstan should be finishing your bowl of kasha, Russ," Estonia said.

Kazakhstan walked into the room a minute later, holding two bowls of kasha in his hands and balancing the other two on his wings. He placed one bowl in front of me and one across from me, he then took the remaining two bowls off his wings and set them in front of two empty seats. "Maybe you shouldn't have stayed up that late, Russ, you look drained." He said, sitting down across from me.

"Well duh. I have a test for math today as well, I didn't study once." I grumbled, taking bites of my kasha. "I saw Uzbekistan walk pass me, do you guys know where he was going?"

"Kaza sent him to wake up China and North Korea. We really should put an alarm in the guest bedrooms, huh?" Belarus responded.

Estonia nodded. Uzbekistan walked in, China and North Korea following him. They sat down and the Chinese and Northern Korean stared at the food. "What's this?" China asked.

"Kasha. It's a common breakfast dish in Central and Eastern Europe." I replied.

"Does it have buckwheat in it?" North asked, poking at it.

Kazakhstan raised a brow. "It's basically made from it, why?"

I gasped and stood up. "I totally forgot, North's allergic to buckwheat! I'll go make him some cereal."

"Russia, finish your dish, I'll make North some cereal." Uzbekistan said, standing up and walking into the kitchen.

I sat back down and continued eating. "Sorry, I didn't know." Kazakhstan apologized.

"It's fine, there's a lot of things countries don't know about me." North shrugged.

China was already five spoonfuls into his kasha. North glanced at him. "You're gonna have to wash your mouth before we go to school. But if you choose not to, then you can't kiss me for the rest of the day."

China froze. He slowly looked towards North Korea, who had a smug look on his face. "Okay... Only for you."

North giggled as Uzbekistan came into the room, holding a bowl of cereal. He set the bowl in front of North and took the kasha, setting it in front of him in his seat. "Uzbek, didn't you already eat with the others?" Estonia asked him.
