Epilogue

Oh, hello. It's been a while, hasn't it? Well, maybe not for you, but for us, it has been quite some time.

You might know me already. North Korea, does that name ring a bell? I hope it does, haha.

Oh, you must be wondering how we're doing now. I can fill you in, if you'd like?

...I'll take that silence as a yes.

Well, first thing's first, Afghanistan, Mongolia, and Vietnam were arrested and went to jail. Syria insisted he go to jail as well since he believed he wasn't innocent to the atrocities that they committed. It took a bit since literally everyone didn't want him to go.

He eventually got his wish and went to jail, but he served the least amount of time out of all the kidnappers. When he got realeased I remember him telling me that the guards had him seperated from Afghanistan, Mongolia, and Vietnam the entire time he was there since they worried they'd try and attack him.

Once Syria got released he actually went and visited them a few times. Over time Afghanistan and Mongolia softened up a bit and he learned that they actually started dating, so good for them! They also distanced themselves from Vietnam.

As I'm telling you this the three of them have long since been released. If I were to combine how many countries have forgiven them, I'd say a quarter of all the countries in the world and probably 5 organisations. I'm among the countries who forgave them, since I'm not one to hold grudges anymore and I believed they changed.

I know you may not be happy about that, but I don't wanna spend my life being a hateful person anymore. That's probably not enough but I feel like leaving y'all on a cliff with that one.

Anyway, me and the rest of the captured countries had went to the hospital and stayed there for quite some time, as well as had a lot, and I mean a lot of therapy. Soviet and UN had stayed at the hospital much longer than the rest of us cause of the whole ripping wings out thing. Huh, it seems like doing that causes the wings to grow awkwardly so the hospital staff had to fix it.

As for Palestine's corpse? Well, we originally planned to have her funeral until Jordan stumbled upon an old book in the archives in the meeting building (we call it meeting building but it also has many more uses). He looked inside it but couldn't read any of it and brought it to the organisations.

None of the organisations could read it either. UNESCO theorized it was an old language judging from how old the book looked, so they went around asking if any of the countries could read it.

When they got to Iran he could indeed read it, and he said that it was written in Old Persian. He also found that his ancient grandfather, The Achaemenid Empire - most of us know it as First Persian Empire - wrote the book. He read it and got to a passage talking about the revival of countries. He immediately told the organisations about this and suggested trying it on Palestine.

Based off what the translated passage said, in order to revive a country from the dead you have to get their cities or states/provinces/regions/ect.. They stand in a circle in an area that was important to the person being revived. They grab hands and sing the countries full national anthem. If done right there will be a white flash and the countryhuman will appear in front of them.

Oh, and if one city or state doesn't want to bring back the countryhuman or you force them to do the process, it won't work.

(Note: Author made the revival process only have traits and things related to modern times, obviously the process was way different during ancient times but she's too lazy to research stuff atm

Author's also tired)

Back to the passage. The organisations agreed to try it out with Palestine. So, they gathered her cities and let them know what had happen and the process they were gonna do to try and bring her back. They agreed to do it and did everything.

Sure enough, the white flash happened and Palestine appeared. Iran promptly tackled her into a hug and her friends surrounded her asking if she was alright.

It had been a happy day.

Wow, that's already a lot of information I just dumped on you. I'm not even done yet, those were just the two major events that I thought to tell first.

I'll get to tellin' y'all everything else.

Uh, let's see... Oh! Third Reich and Soviet got married a few years ago. I wish you could've seen the wedding, it was so nice and everyone had a blast! Britain also fought Spain for no reason.

They're a happy couple and currently have a wonderful daughter named Germany. She has wings like her father and is already learning how to use them. I visited the family with my brother and China and she was just the cutest thing! Austria and Hungary think she's very cute as well and they often fight over who will babysit. Russia and his siblings were ecstatic when they saw her.

South and I decided to live in the same house together, so we did the only reasonable thing: pack up and temporarily move into Taiwan and China's house, had people come and tear our old houses down, and build a whole new and bigger one.

See? Reasonable.

We also went and found our old home. We renovated it and fixed it up. It's one of my favorite places to go whenever I wanna feel closer to our parents, or just to relax. Oh, and that old hedge maze? I still get easily lost it in like I did as a kid.

The only other news that happened was a bunch of couples getting together. I'll list off a few: UN and EU, Sweden and Panama, Romania and Bulgaria, Taiwan and Belarus, and more.

Well, I guess that's all. Everyone's doing just fine now. South and I have the brotherly relationship we did all those years ago. I missed this.

Ya know, I'm glad he went through the effort of Repairing Our Relationship.
