North Korea P.O.V.

BEEP BEEP BEEP

I groaned at the sound of my alarm in my ear. I had set it to wake me up at six even though school started at eight. That means everyone else is getting another hour of sleep while I'm trudging my tired body around my house.

I felt too tired to actually turn the alarm off. This is why I wake up two hours earlier. I'm so tired and lazy in the mornings that I'd be late to school everyday.

The alarm clock went on for about five minutes until the sound started giving me a headache. I turned it off and practicaly rolled out of bed. I walked over to my closet and grabbed my clothes for school: a black shirt with gray pants.

It's plain, I know. But I don't really care. In fact, most of my clothes are dark colors. I never really cared about what I was wearing. I just made sure I didn't draw any unwanted attention to myself.

Time skip to when North's downstairs

I was eating cereal and watching TV when I heard racket from upstairs. I set my bowl of cereal down and crept up the stairs. The noise sounded like it was coming from my room.

I walked to my door and eased it open. Now that I was closer, I noticed that is was just music. It wasn't even in my room.

The music was coming from the house next to me. The window was open and a radio was blasting songs. I immediately recognized the songs. It was K-Pop. Of course. I should have known.

My annoying brother, South Korea, lives right next to me. He always blasts K-Pop music at seven in the morning. He only stops when I threaten to nuke him.

Instead of trying to get him to turn off the K-Pop, I just closed my window, shut my blinds, and used my curtains to block my-and his-view. I really wasn't gonna waste my voice on him today.

I hurried downstairs and shut off my TV. I put my bowl of cereal in the dishwasher and speed-walked to my front door. I slipped on my black sneakers and almost left the house before realizing-

"My backpack."

I had left my backpack on the couch. I went back inside and picked it up. I wrapped the straps around my shoulders and hurried outside.

You're probably wondering why I was in such a rush. I had all the time in the world because school started at 8:55 and it was only 7:05. Well, I usually start walking to school at seven so I can get there before all the... uhm... annoying kids... got there.

Once everyone was at the school, it'd be really loud. I like to think, and I think some of you can relate when you can't hear your own thoughts because kids don't know how to shut up.

Today was no excuse. For me walking to school early, I mean. I was thinking about who goes to my school and who doesn't. I was secretly hoping South and America were attending different schools.

I got pulled out of my thoughts when I heard someone call my name.

"North Korea!"

I recognized that voice anywhere. I turned around and saw China walking towards me. He waved at me and I waved back, smiling. "Hey China."
