(Ya yeets a chapter filled with random stuff cause I'm busy with no ideas and my brother's birthday and christmas are so freakishly close)

NK POV

And it's been two weeks. Has anything changed since then? No, not really. Birds have been gathering outside my house for some reason, though. I like looking at them from my windows and sketching how they look.

There was this one pretty blue one that I wanted to sketch but it flew away before I could, sadly. Maybe I'll see it again today!

Oh, I forgot. South Korea is actually at my house at the moment. He's been here for a few days to look after me. I appreciate it. Currently, he was sitting at my dinner table as I sketched the birds who were once again sitting outside my house.

"Is the blue one you really liked back?" South asked, taking his headphones off and turning to me.

"No, I don't see it. Maybe it'll come later." I replied.

"Why do you like it so much?"

"Because it's blue, and it also has the same tint as UN, so I think it's super cool!"

South chuckled. "A bird that's the same color as UN. That's new."

I rolled my eye and finished my sketch of a robin. I flipped the page and scanned the crowd of birds outside my house for the bird I was looking for. I'm not sure what type of bird it is, but it's super pretty! I want either a sketch or picture of it; maybe I'll take the picture first just in case it flies away too soon so I can sketch it still.

"You're not gonna be leaving that window all day, are you?" South asked, his voice a bit closer to me now.

I shook my head, my eye still scanning the birds. "It usually flies circles around the rest before settling somewhat close to the window." I told him.

"Do birds do that?"

"This one does."

"Alright, well, I'm gonna make some Yukgaejang. You'll have to leave your precious window when it's done." South began walking away.

"Why can't I just eat here?" I whined and turned to South.

South turned to me and gave me a look. "Nevermind, I'll eat at the table."

South smiled and walked into the kitchen. I sighed and looked back out the window, searching for the bird.

~Time skip~

"North! Food is ready!" South called from the kitchen. I could hear him putting the food into bowls.

I sighed and stood up from my spot. I walked to the table and took my seat. I hope the bird doesn't come now.

South came out of the kitchen carrying the bowls and set one in front of me. I couldn't help but smile when I saw the Yukgaejang in front of me. "Here ya go, just like how Mom made it." He said, sitting down.

"감사합니다, (Thank you,) South." I began eating.

"You're welcome, little bro."

I rolled my eye. "Don't call me little."

"But you're younger than me." South smirked.

I shook my head with a smile. South let out a soft laugh before he went back to eating.

It didn't take long for us to finish the food. It's good, what can I say? I was standing up to bring my bowl to the sink to wash it when I saw the bird I was looking for fly away.
