Not many people know this but Jisoo, behind the singing, is a pretty good songwriter and producer. Adapting the producing name Ji, she has produced a library size amount of music for the group and other singers. Ranging from korea to america, not many knew that she was responsible for a lot of the iconic songs you all know and love.
Here are just a few songs Jisoo has written and/or produced for different singers.

what Jisoo has named "the most difficult experience in all of her career", Paradise was a song Jisoo struggled to finish long before Love Yourself: Tear was in development.
The inspiration came from a time where she felt that someone in the world needed something positive in their life. She just had that feeling that someone needed to hear what the song was about so she stayed up for many nights making the beats for the song, she struggled with the lyrics so bad that RM sat with her and went over writing the song.
For many nights, the two went over the music, RM helped her with the chorus and even helped with writing his rap for it with her.
The process really brought out the best in her as far as songwriting goes and to say the least, RM was thoroughly shocked with her hidden talent and so were the other members.
Not many fans know that Jisoo was responsible for the song but she was happy with how it came out anyways. She didnt care if she not many people knew. She was happy the boys loved it.

Now, Jisoo didn't actually write the song, but she did help with the beats. Jisoo was asked by a friend, who was a producer working for KQ, to help with the music aspect of the song. So she created a certain part of the song and sent it to KQ. Which they gave her their stamp of approval.
To this day, Ateez has no idea that a BTS member helped produce one of their most popular songs. If they knew, they would most likely freak out.
Again, like HALA HALA, not many people know that Jisoo had a hand in creating two of Seventeen's most iconic songs.
Because Jisoo has friends almost everywhere, and Woozi was considered a friend, she offered her services. Even if she wouldn't get credit for it.
She only saw it as just being a good person. She didn't need the credit. She was only happy to help.

Funny story, Pied Piper was, in fact, a "diss track" to the fans about focusing on their lives instead of them all the time. But Jisoo found it contradicting.
When RM wrote the song, Jisoo helped make the beat but while doing so, she had the most fun creating this.
Because while this song was being recorded, Jisoo recorded a response version of the song. As if she embodied the fans, she sung as if she was responding to the group.
The only ones who have heard the song were the members and Pddog. And they all found it very funny. So much so that theh jokingly said that the song was about Jisoo. Since Jisoo symbolized the fandom as a whole.

this one, Jisoo was credited for. She originally wrote the song for a different group. At the time, it was meant for G - IDLE. But because of their recent comeback and concept, it wouldn't have fit their image.
So, instead, IZ*ONE picked it up. Which Jisoo was very happy about.
If she was being honest, Jisoo was going to shelf it until she figures out what to do with the song but she was happy that the group was able to do it justice.

Named the one time the boys were terrified of Jisoo, Love Maze was a song that Jisoo mostly produced. Though she had RM to produce with her, Jisoo also had a bit of a hard time with this.
Jisoo is known to be a perfectionist. The slightest mishap could send her into a frenzy. Depending on the mood she was in.
The boy will never forget the time they recorded the song for the first time.
Everytime the boys would wither mess up a note or lyric, Jisoo's eyes would snap right at them in a glare.
She didn't need to say anything to them to get her message across. They just knew what she was saying through her eyes.
Jisoo would often sit at the recording table, legs cross cross, and she would close her eyes and listen to the boys sing or rap their parts.
If they messed up, her eyes would snap open and look right at them, sending fear down their spines.
Love Maze was a song near and dear to her so she wanted it to be perfect. Of course, the boys knew not to take it personally. They were the same way, but it was still a funny memory they love to tell people.
Just like Hoseok was very serious with dancing, Jisoo was very serious about singing and constantly pushed them to reach their full potential.
