Honestly, out of all of the topics I have recently talked about, I can say that this has to be the most controversial thing I've covered.

So controversial that this is the only topic I'm talking about this video. And I had a lot of other things to talk about that has been going on as of recently.

BTS came back not too long ago with ON and they have been promoting on music shows as well. And with that, comes Jisoo's return to promoting on korean tv. Such as her appearance on Knowing Brothers and Weekly Idol with Taeyong, her recent radio interview and her being the new host for Get It! Beauty.

As many fans would know, Jisoo acts as the spokesperson for BTS. Which is why she is the only member to appear on Korean variety shows. She helps spread the word and promote BTS.

Which brings us to the controversy I think is the biggest one since 2014 ( you know, with the radio host ).

Jisoo, along side Moonbyul of EXO/Golden, appeared on Radio Star.

Everyone that knows the show, knows that it is mostly scripted but the guest has the free will to tell the writers what topics aren't allowed to be spoken about and what topics make them uncomfortable.

With that being said, the hosts of the show have a reputation for making female idols feel uncomfortable, making sexual comments about them from time to time, even prying into their private lives.

Which, sadly, was the case for Jisoo and Moon.

One of the hosts goes to ask Moon about her engagement with Taemin. Which was harmless, of course. But the follow up question was what bothered many fans and even Jisoo.

After Moon answered the question, one of the host then says something along the lines of:

" I always thought Taemin would marry a woman more like him. Someone who smiles enough."

And that, in itself, made not only Moon upset but Jisoo, as well.

Anyone can see the look on her face after he said that joke and Jisoo didn't find it funny at all. So she responded in a way that only Jisoo does. With blunt honesty.

" are you saying that she doesn't smile enough? who are you to say that? Do you ever stop judging people about their looks? "

As awesome as that response was, there's more.

Suddenly, the topic switched over to Jisoo and her relationship with Taeyong. They kept asking about . . . . Um . . . . If they have been intimate with each other. Because Jisoo and Taeyong are young adults, they've kept pushing on that Jisoo wasn't as innocent or angelic as she perceived to be.

That because she was in a relationship, she had been tainted.

And oh boy, the look on Jisoo's face said what everyone was thinking. Her face turned into a block of ice so quick but her response to the jokes were just savage.

" you should focus on why all of you are so interested in someone elses intimate lives. Why are you so curious? Are you not getting enough love in your life that you have to pry at ours to gain satisfaction?"

when I tell you, I laughed so hard. But like always, there were many knetz who criticized her for her response and they're many fans who praised her for defending Moon and herself.

I personally think she has a right to defend herself and her friend.

Moon has always been there to defend Jisoo against the hate openly, despite her getting hate. Why can't Jisoo do the same?

What makes this big is the fact that many have pointed out the fact that they have done this many times before.

Goo Hara, Jessica Jung, Tiffany, and many other female idols have fell victim to their embarrassing nature and harmful jokes.

And this was only the tip of the iceberg.

They went as far as making fun of Jisoo for her eyes.

They've called her Medusa, they've made uncomfortable comments about her body when she was only 16 and they've made a mean joke about her insecurities in the past.

And like clockwork, Jisoo shot down everything they said in such a savage manner.

Like, I'm so proud of her for protecting herself, Moon, Taeyong and being able to speak out about it.

It shows how much Jisoo has became an adult and how she is ready for anything and everything.
